Wrong items received, no support by mail since delivery:I ordered two tie-clips... received rather quickly but it was the wrong color (gold plated instead of nickel). I tried to contact them since, but so far no answer whatsoever.
Poorly packaged or previously damaged!:Outside box had no damage, inside model box had damage. Makes me believe this model was damaged before shipping. Broken railing on model. Unacceptable when this was planned to be gifted!!
Catastrofaal:Sinds ik modelkits bestel op internet heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt dat deze kits niet compleet zijn.Ik heb 2 x het model Dzialo Szturmowe AT -1 besteld bij Mirage Hobby.Beide modelkits werden geleverd zonder kettingen en decals!!!!!Ik zal in de toekomst alleen nog bij andere leveranciers bestellen.
Ik wacht nu al 2 weken...de goederen zijn nog niet aangekomen: ik zal dit bedrijf nooit meer gebruiken. De goederen zijn na twee weken nog steeds niet aangekomen, maar in plaats daarvan zijn er nieuwsbrieven met modellen met nazi-symbolen en tanks uit de Grote Oorlog. als het pakket niet binnen 4 dagen aankomt, vraag ik mijn geld terug.
Poor, Slow Service, Incomplete Order:Many item not in-stock despite web order saying they were in stock ready to ship. For items not in stock, I was issued a ""credit memo"" to be used on next order without my permission. I can't imagine ever ordering again so I am now fighting for a refund. This was the poorest experience I have had ordering on the internet in 15 years.
Absolute ramp: ze doen alsof ze een bedrijf in Duitsland zijn. Hotline alleen in het Frans. Extreem lange levertijden of goederen komen helemaal niet aan. Verzoek om terugbetaling van de aankoopprijs wordt genegeerd.
YOU ARE A RIP OFF COMPANY:I ORDERED A HELICOPTER FOR MY GRANDSON THAT COST ME 29.99 AND I RECEIVED THREE LITTLE PLANES THAT I COULD OF BOUGHT AT THE DOLLAR STORE FOR ONE DOLLAR. WHEN I CALLED TO TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ONLY SPOKE IN FRENCH AND DID NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOUR SITE EVER AGAIN.
8 weeks from purchase to delivery:My credit card was charged 29Dec12, and my order arrived 10Feb13. 1001modelkits claimed a delay in their supply chain, but all I ordered was 15 1oz Tamiya paint jars. I will never order from them again.
Item was delivered well after it was promised and horrible customer service:I ordered a model to be delivered for the holidays, and it ended up being delivered a couple of weeks late. Attempted to contact the seller several times without response. Do not recommend.
Unreliable and Unavailable:1001models is a horrible company that does not return e-mails or voice mails for weeks. They listed a model on their site with no mention that it was unavailable, then they e-mailed me it would ship in a few days, when in truth it was actually out of stock. After numerous e-mails and voice mails I finally got a note stating it was out of stock. This company is horrible do not do business with them. Oh and after I canceled this model order not once but twice they still shipped it 2 weeks later.
I won't do business with them again!:I made an online purchase. I was under the impression it was being shipped from overseas. I was charged excessive shipping fees (more than the item cost). It was shipped from within the states. It arrived broken. I emailed them with my concerns and asked for a reply. Never received a reply!
Ik heb geen vrede met de manier waarop ze met mij als klant omgaan: als ik via de website onderdelen bestel en ik moet als nieuwe klant vooruitbetalen, en er dan pas na meerdere keren navragen achter kom dat de onderdelen op dit moment niet leverbaar zijn, dan vraag ik me af of ze me dat niet hadden kunnen vertellen voordat ik vooruitbetaalde!
