Niet weer:Besteld op 01.09, direct betaald. Maar tot op heden geen goederen aangekomen. Je kan ook het verzendnummer doorsturen naar de klant, maar dit is niet het geval. telefoontjes worden weggedrukt en als je ze aanschrijft geen reactie. Geen aanrader dus.
Verkeerde goederen en geen reactie van de verkoper:Verkeerde en inferieure locomotief geleverd, noch digitaal noch met geluid. Verkoper reageert niet, Paypal kopersbescherming ingeschakeld, ik zal hier nooit meer iets bestellen!

Took forever, item labelled incorrectly, terrible service.:Pathetic doesnt touch how i would describe their customer service. I ordered what was labeled as a harrier model, on May 31st. It wasnt even packaged for shipment until June 22nd! I received my order only to realize it was just the decals. I emailed them saying the product is titled incorrectly, and they started arguing with me off the bat telling me how clearly labelled they think the product is. I used examples of what I'm looking at that made me think this was a harrier model. They emailed back shoving their self-righteousness in my face. Terrible customer service. Don't even try calling them unless you speak french. This is the worst I have been treated with any company. I just hope someone reads this before they order from here and can find what they need elsewhere.
Pathetic:You asked me to review my current purchase from your organisation. My order number 61394 was ordered on 22nd June 2015 and I received an email on 26th June 2015 to say it has been shipped. Well, it is now 4th July and it has still not arrived. I would have to say your service is diabolically bad and I will not be ordering from you again when my order does finally arrive.
False advertising, slow shipping, lack of communication on order status.:I placed my order on May 23, 2015. It took them almost two weeks to let me know that one of my model kits was not in stock when on their website it showed available. It has been two weeks since then and I still have no order or any information on what the status of my order is. They have ignored numerous messages and phone calls concerning the status of my order. Bad customer service in my opinion, especially since I made a big order. This day and age taking a month to ""process"" an order is unacceptable. Taking a customer's money instantly and making them wait a month or more for their order to arrive is ""bad business"". Also the customer service telephone voice menu is in French not English and French. Not helpful to United States customers. They have a great website and seem to have a great selection of model kits. Lots of potential killed by bad customer service. Hopefully they will wake up and smell the coffee.(at least long enough to answer their phone)Another week has gone by and finally they have made contact with me.(Only because I posted a bad review in my opinion.) They claimed my order had issues in customs and that these issues had been resolved and my order would be shipped in another week. A week went by and I had heard nothing so I sent customer service an email about the status of my order. They claimed one of the items had been lost in shipment and of course it was no longer available. They did offer me another voucher for the price of the product. However a voucher is worthless if the company does not have the ability to process and ship a simple order. I have zero confidence right now that this company is competent enough to even handle another order. I want a full refund or I will take legal action against this ""scam"" of a company. Avoid this company.It is now almost July and I still have heard nothing about my order and have yet to receive any goods that I have ordered. Just a small piece of advice 1001 model kits: On a multiple item order if there is an item on someone's order that you do not have in stock (that you said you did have) send the items that you do have and don't hold THE ENTIRE order for weeks at a time. It would be faster for me to sail across the Atlantic and pick up the items from their warehouse in France! Pick up your phone! Communicate with your customers! Do not take their money unless you have rendered them a service.
Poor: only received half of my order!:I emailed you guys on Sat so I thought I would hear back from you today but not yet. They shipped me a 1/72 scale Fairey Swordfish instead of a 1/48 scale B-17G Flying Fortress. I assume that you guys will make the order correct but I need to know what to do with the extra model.Thanks

Disappointment:I was very disappointed with my experience. First, I waited several weeks before I was told they could not fulfill my order, but I was not told what was not being filled. Then I only ended up receiving four of twelve items I ordered. Store credit given but a lot of time wasted waiting to do a project that I was trying to do. I will look elsewhere next time.

Do not purchase from under any circumstances.:I ordered the Tamiya 1:35-35065 German Panther Tank on 1/10/15. My card was charged and an email sent to me on 1/11/15 that I should allow 12 - 15 business days altogether. It is now 1/31/15 which means that 15 business days has expired. My purchase is still ""order being processed"". The email sent also said that they did not have any of the item in stock, despite the website saying that there was several (as it does now). Furthermore, the PRICE HAS DROPPED SIGNIFICANTLY while my order has been sitting in processing. The amount charged to me was 36.99USD and the current cost of the kit is now 24.99 and is on sale for 23.74. I have messaged the company about having my order cancelled, or the item shipped and the difference in cost refunded to me but have not received a reply. At this time I believe that I will not receive a refund nor my purchased goods and that 44.99 (model, tax and shipping costs) has been stolen from me. Do not purchase from.
Two orders both cancelled and had to email them to find out!!:I placed two orders both were cancelled, I was not notified of the cancellation or the reason for either.When i contacted 1001 modelkits I was told one was cancelled due to a pricing mistake clearly going against there own terms of use the other I was told was due to being out of stock of the item but as soon as my order was cancelled the items were listed in stock and a co-worker purchased the items at which point the item was listed as out of stock.I had a feeling they had a pricing error and had intention of ordering other items if things went smoothly with these orders. If they had at least contacted me to notify me of the issue or told me that the orders were being cancelled i wouldn't be as upset but the fact i had to email to try to figure out why my orders had been processing for weeks is rather absurd. Now i will never order from them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Belabberd zakelijk gedrag:Goederen werden bevestigd als op voorraad, betaald - dan mail : maar niet op voorraad.Kroon op het geheel : Geen terugbetaling van de betaling, maar een tegoedbon werd aangeboden.Hierop kan ik alleen maar zeggen :Absoluut belabberd zakelijk gedrag.
Horrible experience:This was a HORRIBLE experience. I ordered a book December 31, 2014. My order was processed immediately. I got the book today January 24, 2015. Almost a month later. Supposedly the book was coming from a depot in Europe and had some additional information required by Customs. That is BOGUS. If you don't have the book in stock for immediate delivery, say so. From now on, will use (external reference) in England. Never had problems with them. Will NEVER EVER use this vendor again. Asked for updates on status on the 16th and did not hear back for a week. This was a Horrible experience. Finished the model that I was buying the book as a reference for the day before the book arrived as I had pretty much given up on getting the book. Will never use this company again.
Do not waste your time or money:Fast to take your money, but slow to get you your order, I think they ship by sail boat, I placed my order on 1/10 and it is now 2/11 and I have still not gotten my order. This is the most I ever paid for shipping, and the longest I have ever waited. It seems that this problem is a common concern with US customers, Their response to e-mails seem to be the same for every customer, it was interesting that an early reply was ""crossing the Atlantic"" followed two weeks later by ""sent back by French customs"" I would not suggest this company to anyone.
Slowest shipping ever/ No shipping:I placed my order on 12/19/14. It is now 1/10/15 and nothing. I sent a email checking on the status and I got the it's crossing the Atlantic response. Must be on a rowboat. They have a excellent selection but getting them seems to be an issue. I ordered items from another company in Poland on 12/26/14 and those items arrived on 1/5/15. I do not like leaving negative reviews.Update: It is now 1/15/15 order still being 'processed'. Thanks for offering free shipping on my next order. But seeing that I am out $183.97 so far on this one I do not think there will be a next order. Sorry.1/22/15 order still being 'processed'. 34 days now and counting.1/26/15 Paypal refunded my payment. These guys did not even respond to Paypal's investigation.Ordered same items elsewhere on 1/26/15 and they arrived today 1/30/15. Amazing 38 days with 1001 Modelkits and they where still processing. Not a very good way to run a business...just saying. But what does one person matter to these guys.
Absolutely awful:It is now 1st Jan 15 and still waiting for delivery of my sons Christmas present which was ordered on 14th December. No one to speak to. Most of the telephone numbers don't even seem to exist!!!!!!!!!!!!! If there is a person at 1001 Modelkits maybe they could contact me re order no 49881 (UK) and then I could post a slightly different review.
WORST COMPANY EVER:Very quick to take your money nothing in stock, slow postage, customer service nil, dont waste your time go to a real supplier
Terrible experience with no response:It's now 1/16 -It has now been a month since I placed my order and I have nothing to show for it except a $106 charge to my credit card. Based upon the last response I received from your company, I expected at least a partial shipment. Again, I have not received anything. I have not received my order, tracking number or any follow-up response. This has been the worst on-line experince.I placed my order on 12/12 for Christmas. The website indicated it was ""in stock"" and would be here in time. Credit card was charged $106 immediately. That is the only thing they have gotten correct. Now MORE THAN A MONTH LATER and I do not have my order and have not heard from a representative of 1001modelkits...but they still have my money. Respectfully I have asked for them to cancel my order and post a credit but still no response.Placed an order on 12/12 for Christmas. It is now 1/5 and I still have not received my order. In addition I asked for an update and did not receive a response. Customer service is non-existent.Placed an order on 12/12. According to the website the order is still being processed but my credit card was charged immediately. I have now emailed on two occasions with no response. Prior to oreddering, the website said it would be available for Christmas...not likley.
Delivery takes a very long time!:I ordered this on 4th Dec for a Christmas present, and there is still no sign of it yet -.today is 19th Dec
Extremely slow shipping:I have ordered quite a bit from 1001 in the past, but lately am very disappointed with them. They claim free shipping on orders over $200, but they charge anyway. That's dishonest. When called on it, they issue a voucher. Not exactly the kind of thing which evokes confidence. It usually takes about a month before they finally ship, even though everything is in stock at time of ordering. This current order was paid for on the 19th of last month, and still shows a 'being processed' status. They don't respond to my emails, and I even called them at (617) 849-9224, only to get a recording stating that they will respond to all emails promptly... another lie. Basically, sad to say this, but I don't have much confidence in them anymore. Terrible customer service, terrible wait times for shipping, and their prices aren't even that competitive.
Een bedrijf zonder normen: ik wacht nu al 2 maanden op mijn levering, die me 1,5 maand geleden had moeten toekomen? Het ergste is dat niemand bij het bedrijf het de moeite waard vindt om ook maar iets te zeggen als reactie op mijn verzoeken. Slechte levertijd:Ik wacht al 2 weken op mijn bestelling. Een week geleden kreeg ik bericht dat mijn bestelling onderweg was. Er is nog niets aangekomen. Nooit meer!
Handen af van de winkel:Hallo, ik wacht al meer dan 4 maanden op mijn geld van een vliegtuig dat beschadigd bij mij werd afgeleverd. Natuurlijk heb ik het binnen 2 dagen teruggestuurd. Eerst zeiden ze dat het pakket zoek was, toen na twee maanden, ja, we zullen het geld terugstorten. Ik heb een advocaat moeten inschakelen omdat ik steeds werd afgescheept. Vergeet niet dat de Franse wet niet hetzelfde is als de Duitse. MfG Blijf met uw handen van deze winkel af.
Goederen niet geleverd, geld niet teruggestort! Handen uit de mouwen!!!!:Ik heb op 6 december 2013!!!! een boek besteld, dat volgens de online shop via vooruitbetaling te verkrijgen was. Na ontvangst van de betaling op 12 december 2013 werd mij levering binnen 6 tot 9 dagen beloofd! Het feit is dat ik tot op de dag van vandaag (28 oktober 2014!!!! na meer dan 10 maanden) mijn bestelling niet heb ontvangen, noch is mijn geld teruggestort (ondanks toezeggingen van een terugstorting, en het herhaaldelijk versturen van alle gegevens!!!!). Vandaag heb ik een laatste e-mail met alle gegevens naar de klantenservice gestuurd. Als ik mijn geld niet binnen de gestelde tijd terugkrijg, zal ik hetzelfde doen als andere ""reviewers"" en een klacht indienen en, indien nodig, verdere stappen ondernemen. Als het mogelijk was geweest, had ik helemaal geen ster toegekend!!!! Handen af!!!!
Zeven weken wachten:Helaas is deze review erg slecht. Ik bestelde een AGM 109 kit in de laatste week van juli 2014 en betaalde vooruit, toen begon het wachten. Ik kon de voortgang van het pakket volgen in het verzendvolgsysteem, maar het laatste station waar het pakket was opgeslagen, leverde gewoon niet. Het lukte me om telefonisch contact op te nemen met DHL. Toen ik vroeg wanneer ik het pakket eindelijk zou ontvangen, kreeg ik te horen dat het de volgende dag zou aankomen. Na zeven weken had ik het nu in mijn hand. Deze extreem lange levertijd werd veroorzaakt door het feit dat mijn achternaam verkeerd gespeld was, hoewel dit niet mijn eerste bestelling was. Hoewel ik dit probleem meerdere malen aan 1001modellbau had gemeld, verwezen ze me alleen maar door naar DHL, die de zending vervoerde. Zelfs het annuleren van mijn bestelling werd door 1001modellbau genegeerd. Ik weet niet meer zeker of ik nog iets bij 1001modellbau zal bestellen. Andreas
Let op! Winkel brengt kosten in rekening voor niet-bestaande goederen! Handen af: ik heb 2 maanden geleden twee kits besteld die volgens de winkel beschikbaar waren en het label "groen" hadden. Ik had betaald met Paypal en kreeg toen een e-mail dat de kits toch niet beschikbaar waren en besteld moesten worden. Ik werd wekenlang met e-mails afgescheept en heb nu de bestelling geannuleerd en wil graag mijn geld terug. Er zou een creditnota moeten komen maar ik heb het bedrag nog steeds niet teruggekregen. De winkel heeft geen contact met mij opgenomen. Ik ga nu naar de politie en doe aangifte van oplichting.
Untrustworthy seller:Seller's website said model was available and would ship in 10 days. 21 days later, no update, no tracking number, no status. Emails were responded to with generic ""we will let you know when we receive a status"". After 45 days I got a refund. They processed my refund timely, so I suppose that's a positive? Now I missed my uncle's birthday, and will have to order from scratch from somewhere else. Don't order from here if you have a deadline to mee!
Wat kan ik zeggen? Zelfs na 10 dagen is het model dat ik had besteld en betaald nog steeds niet aangekomen. De levertijd was opgegeven als 6 tot max. 9 dagen.

WORST INTERNET PURCHASE EVER:This company is apparently strictly a 'middleman' that does not warehouse its products except in very few rare cases if you read any other reviews or take my impression. At no time did they have a clue as to my order status, location of said order, or real time stock quantities. Customer service is automated, with canned responses, and few and random. I should have been clued by their policy of charging for the item when ordered, not when shipped, so you have no option to cancel or refund an order after no contact or response after an extended wait period. If you use them expect double the wait for shipping and handling (items ship to them and then to you) and notice fluctuating site pricing. It took my order three weeks to arrive, and they said it was crossing the Atlantic the day before it was dropped on my porch on the US west coast. Most of their stock is sold to the public directly through the manufacturers. Good luck.
Rubbish. Utter, unutterable rubbish.:Their internet stock levels are a fiction. Their emails re unavailability do not agree with the items they actually send nor with later emails they send. When they do send something, they send the wrong items. Perhaps next time they should make sure the guide dog is awake when picking stock how an American landing craft can look like a Tiger II I don't know clever German camouflage I suspect. Avoid this firm like the plague. My advice is to buy from (external reference) in the UK. I will from now on.
