Fast and reliable!:They have a large assortment, good prices and reasonable shipping costs. Though an order takes some time to process it arrives exceptionally fast (at least within EU) and is very well packed & protected. Should you look for a good model shop to get what you want - look no more!

Dubieus: Eerste bestelling via Simple Decals was een ramp. Levering vond plaats 3 weken na de verzendbevestiging van de verkoper, maar alleen met tussenkomst van PayPal geschillenbeslechting. Geen aanrader!

My order for decals:A good place for some odd decals but their notification and keeping me informed of my order was no so good. I had to email them twice about my order and to get a shipping tracking number. A better response with the customer needs work on by customer service.

The system works as advertised:Items were delivered on time and met my expectations.

A little low to ship, no contact with client, merchandise pristine:Since my order was shipped almost 15 days after i order and in those days i receive no mail or status of my order, i was afraid i lost my money since info says they're in Arkansas. July 5, status says Order in progress (the items will in our facility in 5-6 days)I order July 3, order arrive July 27. But the order arrive pristine, good package. I was thinking rating 3 stars, for no keep client informed.I receive package first and mail status 1 day after. If merchandise not in stock at Arkansas, they must informed client about order in progress from 1001maquettes.fr Do i order again, yes i'll do, was new experience.

Great Products:Just got back into model building after about a 15 year break, just retired from the airforce and finishing college, gotta say theres some really great upgrade kits, looking forward to purchasing more, thanks.

Nice selection weakness in follow-thru.:I ordered six kits and got a confirmation of the order and notification that the order was filled.Then, two weeks passed with no comment whatsoever. I prodded with an email. They looked into it, then told me it was in transit. What I received was one kit short of the order and no explanation was provided.

Handling takes ffffoooorrreeevvveeerrrr:I live close to wherever 1001modelkits ships from in Detroit, and because of the short, one-day mail turn-around I can tell how long they take to prep and ship a tiny (three glass bottles) order. Roughly a week, if not a tad more. Way too long to prep an order, unless you're offsetting that with free shipping.

Great service from across the Atlantic!:1001 model kits really came through for me on some decals I had been searching for. The communication was great, and even though it took a little time to get the decals I was full aware of what was going on. The service was as good as the communication, and when the order was shipped it arrived quickly and in great order. I will shop there again. Brandon

De levering heeft veel te lang geduurd:Aangekondigd waren 6-8 dagen uiteindelijk was het bijna veertien!het kan beter of anders aangekondigd worden!met groeten romein götten

Slow mailing:It took over 3 weeks to arrive. It was sent back for postage due.

Zeer lange levertijd:De levering duurde 3 weken, veel te lang. Een trackingnummer was niet beschikbaar of te krijgen. De verzendkosten zijn veel te hoog, maar de kwaliteit van de producten is geweldig.

Model supper, prijs ok, maar de pakketprijs was de hamer uber 8 € voor een pakket dat 4,5 € kost: de prijs voor de verzending was de hamer meer dan 8 € en uw verzending zei slechts 4,50 bij de invoer en dan meer dan 8 € op de factuurDank Michael Fey

Good service with quality products:Had what I wanted at a reasonable price (including shipping to the USA) and delivered a quality product in an efficient proces in a reasonable amount of time. I would certainly recommend purchasing from 1001ModelKits in the future.

Lang wachten en dan defecte levering:Ik was tot nu toe niet gewend aan zo'n lange wachttijd voor een bestelling. Toen de levering arriveerde twijfelde ik of alles wel in perfecte staat was aangekomen. Helaas werd mijn vrees bevestigd, want de vacuüm getrokken vliegtuigschijf van Spuadron was volledig geplet in de noppenfoliezak.
