Bedankt voor de levering alles is in orde:Na wat aanvankelijke verwarring van mijn kant is alles goed gegaan. Ik had misschien graag een geschatte leverdatum gehad, dan had ik alles goed kunnen plannen, maar ik denk dat ik nu weer een bestelling van mij heb en ik weet nu dat alles in orde is en dat ik gewoon geduld moet hebben, bedankt.

Zeer goede service: Het was mijn eerste bestelling bij 1001modellbau. Ik heb nog nooit in het buitenland besteld en dus ook nog nooit de aankoop gedaan. Het duurde iets langer, ongeveer 14 dagen, maar dat was voor mij niet zo belangrijk. Over het algemeen is de winkel wat duurder voor sommige artikelen, maar je kunt er ook exotische kits vinden.

Poor, Slow Service, Incomplete Order:Many item not in-stock despite web order saying they were in stock ready to ship. For items not in stock, I was issued a ""credit memo"" to be used on next order without my permission. I can't imagine ever ordering again so I am now fighting for a refund. This was the poorest experience I have had ordering on the internet in 15 years.

Een goede bron voor zeldzame dingen: Ze bieden veel goede dingen aan die je niet gemakkelijk ergens anders kunt kopen. Er is voor elk wat wils, maar helaas is de winkel in Frankrijk gevestigd en dat merk je aan de levertijd en de betaling.

Alles is zeer goed verlopen:Super selectie.vrij snelle verzending.goede communicatie met de klant over de voortgang van de bestelling.betaling is ook mogelijk met Pay Pal.al met al ben ik zeer tevreden.

Snel en betrouwbaar:1001modellbau heeft een zeer interessant assortiment met zeldzame fabrikanten van kleine series. Het is de moeite waard om een kijkje te nemen!

Alles perfect: topcijfers, snelle en snelle levering.

Absolute ramp: ze doen alsof ze een bedrijf in Duitsland zijn. Hotline alleen in het Frans. Extreem lange levertijden of goederen komen helemaal niet aan. Verzoek om terugbetaling van de aankoopprijs wordt genegeerd.

I have been disapointed so far because I received the wrong order and have had no response from customer service to date..:The processing of my order seemed to be OK. I received timely updates regarding when the products would be received for shipping. I also received a notice when the order was being shipped. I received a shipment in 2 to 3 days as was stated. However, I received the incorrect shipment. My order #14439 was not what I received. I received order #14539 which is not mine.I have sent 2 e-mails to customer service ([email protected]) and have had no response yet. The Website states that Customer Service is important to them. I have seen no evidence to date. A customer service telephone number for English speaking customers would be helpful. I am awaiting a response regarding what to do with the incorrect shipment I received and what is the status of my order for which payment was accepted.

YOU ARE A RIP OFF COMPANY:I ORDERED A HELICOPTER FOR MY GRANDSON THAT COST ME 29.99 AND I RECEIVED THREE LITTLE PLANES THAT I COULD OF BOUGHT AT THE DOLLAR STORE FOR ONE DOLLAR. WHEN I CALLED TO TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ONLY SPOKE IN FRENCH AND DID NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOUR SITE EVER AGAIN.

8 weeks from purchase to delivery:My credit card was charged 29Dec12, and my order arrived 10Feb13. 1001modelkits claimed a delay in their supply chain, but all I ordered was 15 1oz Tamiya paint jars. I will never order from them again.

1001 had what I needed at a reasonable price!:I needed some Aber treadplate and 1001 Models had it in stock. The real irony is the North American importer for Aber lives a mile away but was out of stock at the moment. The delivery speed was resonable with no undue Customs hiccups coming across the Canadian border (and minimal snow delay as well). Satisfied first tim customer, I've bookmarded the site for future supplies.Cheers,

A reliable on-line business that stocks items unobtainable anywhere else.:This was my first purchase from 1001 Modelkits, and it was an entirely positive experience. I was searching for an out of production aircraft model, and this company was one of two places world-wide that indicated it was available. I ordered the item from both places. 1001 Modelkits kept in regular communication with me, indicating when the item would be shipped and when it was shipped. It arrived in perfect shape within a reasonable period of time. The other seller has not communicated with me, and I still have not received the item. Based on this experience, I hope I have the occasion to do business with 1001 Modelkits in the future.

Product Sent to the Wrong Address!:I ordered 4 airplanes from Canada to be sent to my son in a different province. The order was placed on Jan. 13,2013 and it arrived on Jan. 29,2013-over 2 weeks for delivery is unacceptable. More importantly, the planes arrived at my home and now I have to pay shipping to send them to him. Very disappointing!

Betaling in het buitenland: De betaling werd gedaan aan Frankrijk voor zover ik me kan herinneren. Dat verwarde me een beetje. De goederen arriveerden echter relatief snel omdat ik niet met een creditcard of automatische incasso betaalde.

Lange levertijd, hoge douanekosten en geen reactie op vraag: Geen orderbevestiging, levering liet lang op zich wachten, een vraag van mij werd niet beantwoord en last but not least hoge douanekosten omdat de artikelen niet correct waren aangegeven. Dit was zeker mijn laatste bestelling bij deze winkel.

Enorme selectie, snelle verzending!:Enorme selectie, zelfs de meest obscure decals (Ventura NZAF Dauntless - ik kon ze nergens anders in Duitsland krijgen), eenvoudige verwerking, snelle verzending - alles is geweldig!

Groot assortiment, relatief snelle levering maar helaas relatief hoge prijzen voor kits:Besteld op 10 januari, bevestiging van ontvangst van betaling op 12 januari (geweldig tot nu toe!) maar kreeg pas op 17 januari bericht dat de artikelen waren verzonden. Dat is ok tot nu toe, maar niet het beste. Als artikelen niet direct leverbaar zijn, zou een melding aan de klant wenselijk zijn. al met al zal ik zeker niet voor de laatste keer besteld hebben). helaas gaat het merendeel van mijn bestellingen (en die van bekende modelbouwers) naar andere dealers die dezelfde artikelen merkbaar goedkoper aanbieden. Reliable service:I have ordered from 1001 many times and am pleased with their service. Accurate inventory, order status updates, and the models come when they say they will. I could not say the same for other trans Atlantic model companies I have ordered from.

Had excellent purchase from 1001 and would recommend highly to others.:1001 was the only merchant who had the item I was looking for, so I bought when I could. Item was sent Priority mail- well packed and much appreciated !!

All is well, that ends well, i suppose...:Initial order confusion, and difficult communication. Took time and Email discussions to get order back on track. Order delayed and was split into 2 parts. With delays, order was finely completed.

Very slow shipping, slow customer service response time:i thought the selection and pricing was pretty comparable, if not slightly lower than a few other places for the parts i was looking at. they also had the specific combination of parts, which i would have had to order from multiple places to get. but there was almost a full 3 weeks between ordering and delivery. while i was notified that the item was being prepared to ship, then another when it was just about to ship, then another when it did ship, i did not receive a single email answering my questions regarding the order.i might consider ordering again just for a second chance, but if shipping is the same speed, i'll go elsewhere for what i need...

Item was delivered well after it was promised and horrible customer service:I ordered a model to be delivered for the holidays, and it ended up being delivered a couple of weeks late. Attempted to contact the seller several times without response. Do not recommend.

Slow, misleading e-mails-:Took way too long to get order- was a cc order on-line, so saw no reason to wait the two weeks. Got many e-mails from the the whole time, misleading me into thinking ""it'll be here the next day or so""- actually a week or so more.I'll remember this in the future.

How long, oh Lord?:I placed my order on Dec 19 2012, that was a month ago. It STILL hasn't arrived. I am less than pleased.

Unreliable and Unavailable:1001models is a horrible company that does not return e-mails or voice mails for weeks. They listed a model on their site with no mention that it was unavailable, then they e-mailed me it would ship in a few days, when in truth it was actually out of stock. After numerous e-mails and voice mails I finally got a note stating it was out of stock. This company is horrible do not do business with them. Oh and after I canceled this model order not once but twice they still shipped it 2 weeks later.

I won't do business with them again!:I made an online purchase. I was under the impression it was being shipped from overseas. I was charged excessive shipping fees (more than the item cost). It was shipped from within the states. It arrived broken. I emailed them with my concerns and asked for a reply. Never received a reply!

Verbazingwekkend wat werkt zo alles op dit formaat (1:43), wielen kunnen draaien, stuur beweegbaar, deels hoofdstandaard / zijstandaard beweegbaar.De levertijd was zoals gedreigd maar erg lang, O.K. stond in de offerte dus.
