Very poor service and no communication:Thank you for your reply. Does this mean that you will cancel the order and refund my payment?My parcel has been sent to me, but was then returned back to 1001 Modelkits because the paperwork wasn't correct. I have no idea what has happened to it now - I have emailed them twice but have had no reply. This is very poor service and is a big disappointment. It was my first order from them and I doubt if I will order again. The complete lack of communication, apart from automatic messages such as this request to rate them, is the biggest problem. I just want my order to be delivered!

I have still to receive my purchases:I have still to receive my purchases, I was advised delivery would be on 5th February but that did not happen. I was then advised it would very soon but still waiting for delivery to take place. No further correspondence from seller. Still waiting for delivery.

Niet meer beschikbaar na betaling: Het artikel is niet meer beschikbaar op de 4e dag na bevestiging van ontvangst van betaling. Er wordt een vervangend artikel of een tegoedbon aangeboden. Ik heb alleen dit artikel nodig en heb het koopcontract geannuleerd. Omdat 1001 modellbau volgens hun e-mail hun deel van het contract niet kan nakomen, verwacht ik het volledige reeds betaalde bedrag inclusief verzendkosten terug.

Not truthful about inventory?:When I ordered the product it was stated it was in stock, two weeks later I received notification the product was shipped - I have still not received the product. Their are either very disorganized or not truthful about their inventory. My order was two masking sets that would fit into an envelope and their shipping fees where extremely high. I wanted the product so I moved forward. Other vendors had the same product, lower cost and lower shipping but were truthful about delivery time (that would be sooner than this experience). Next time, I will go with the other vendors.Update - Feb 21, 2021 and still have not received the product - ordered Jan 31, 2021Update: Feb 26, 2021 Received the package. It is an Eduard masking kit. They do say that on their site, but I missed that..my fault. I have ordered from Eduard direct in the past, about the same price but far lower shipping cost and delivery was much faster.

De goederen werden in perfecte...:De goederen werden in perfecte staat afgeleverd. Ik zal in de toekomst zeker weer bij 1001 Modellbau bestellen als ik hobbybenodigdheden nodig heb. Het is goed om te weten dat er een fatsoenlijke hobbyleverancier is met een gemakkelijk te gebruiken internetsite, vooral in deze moeilijke tijden waarin winkels niet open zijn.

Jammer...:Ik had de "Pirates of the Caribbean"" gekocht als aanvulling op een scheepsmodel. Van de 48 figuren in de set waren er maar 12 verschillend. Dat wil zeggen, vier figuren van elk type. Vier kapiteins naast vier piratenbruiden op het dek zetten werkt niet echt. Helaas waren de figuren ook erg slecht gegoten. Overal bramen en niet erg gedetailleerd. Ik had meer verwacht voor de prijs! Wat jammer...

Misschien niet de snelste levering maar…:Misschien niet de snelste levering maar wel heel correct! Even wennen aan de website maar kan me daar goed in vinden. Heel veel artikelen. Ook voor diegene die graag met papier werken en zo. TOP! een aanrader.

Zeer klantvriendelijk:zeer klantvriendelijk, niet echt het goedkoopste op de markt. Maar wel zeer betrouwbaar.

SCAM:They claim to have never received my payment, even though all the information was correct and my bank confirmed that I sent the payment. They spam mails that I say ""it appears we haven't received your payment"" and when you try to solve the issue they just stall. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Delivery time FAR TOO LONG!:With a .co.uk website and a UK contact number, assumed it was a UK based company as nothing to give true location obvious on website. MISTAKE. Ordered two in-stock items on 23rd December and received 9th February. Far too late to be of any use and ignored all my polite requests to cancel order and refund. Accept Brexit excuse but expected delivery delays should be made much more obvious at time of order. Covid is not acceptable as every other supplier is managing perfectly well. Will not trouble them with my business again.

Fast shipping and no issues to United States:The negative comments regarding shipping coming from the US I don't think are fair. We are in the middle of a pandemic as we all know and I know businesses are doing the best they can. They also can't control the shipping speed. We need to understand that all falls on the courier's. Anyway, I placed my order and checked on it periodically and it kept updating until it shipped. Once it did, I got tracking and my order came in very quickly. It's worth noting that it was with normal shipping speed also. I would gladly order from these people again. I can only speak from my experience and it was excellent! Thank you again 1001 Modelkits!

Placed two orders which they did not…:Placed two orders which they did not combine postage, one order took ages to be delivered, the second was lost. They did replace the lost order, but overall postage took too long, so I won't be using them again.

They have a wide variety of parts!:

Took 2 months and multiple complaints to get item:Placed an order in mid-December, money debited from card, by mid-January nothing had arrived. Sent several complaints via email and their Facebook page. Eventually the item was sent in early February.
