Alles ging goed:er waren vertragingen in de levering maar deze werden ongevraagd gecommuniceerd zodat je als klant het gevoel hebt dat je correct wordt behandeld- nogmaals bedankt!

Op tijd geleverd, maar niet zo goed verpakt: Over het algemeen ging alles goed. Een delicaat geëtst onderdeel was een beetje verbogen. Het had iets zorgvuldiger en steviger verpakt kunnen worden. Maar het is geen probleem. Ik zou graag weer bij jullie bestellen.

NOTHING BUT LIARS AND THIEVES:Placed my order for two items that were stated as in stock with a delivery in 10 days from their US store. After I finished with the PayPal payment I was sent a conformation email that stated the items were overseas and to expect 15 business days for delivery. The items would be sent to their US location and then mailed out from there. They stated that the process to arrive at their facility would take 7-9 days. Already being frustrated with being lied to I emailed the company on day 10 to find out the status of the order. Their response was ""It appears that two of the products you have ordered is unavailable and unfortunately we do not know when it will be again. Following your request, we will refund USD 48,49 on your credit card or Paypal account.""At no point did I ask for a refund nor was there ever a refund! I ended up having to open a Paypal dispute that was escalated to a claim which I was awarded the money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE RETAILER-THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS AND THIEVES!

Hier klopt echt alles!:Elk modelbouwershart zal glimlachen. Of het nu gaat om vliegtuigen, schepen of tanks - hier is voor elke modelbouwer iets te vinden en dat tegen betaalbare prijzen.

Sloooooow!:I've ordered from 1001 Model Kits in the past and everything about the experience was outstanding. This time however, has been so so. I placed my order at the same time as I placed an order from another online hobby shop. I received an auto-email telling me that my order had been processed and I would receive my order in 6 - 8 days. 10 days later I received another auto-email stating that my order had shipped and I would receive it soon. That was 11 days ago.It has been 3 weeks since ordering and still no sign of my product. I received my order from the other hobby shop 2 weeks ago.

Odd pricing:The items I purchased were fine, but other things I would be interested in were grossly inflated and I had to find them elsewhere.

Alles is prima, graag gedaan: snelle levering, artikel zoals beschreven.

Very disappointed in not receiving the item prior to Christmas:Placed order on December 9, 2013. There was no indication that there was even a possibility that there would not be sufficient time to receive this item in over 2 weeks. I did call the company and question this when they informed me that it was coming from overseas, but was reassured that it would be received prior to Dec. 25th. When I had not received the item by Christmas Eve, it was necessary to purchase another item. I received the item on the 26th, and now have no use for it, nor do I have any indication of how it can be returned and my money refunded.

Overall I'm happy with the service.:A mistake was made on my order and correct promptly. Overall I'm happy how the situation was handled.

Levertijd te lang:Het geleverde artikel is van zeer goede kwaliteit, maar de levertijd van anderhalve week is veel te lang volgens de tekst zou het 5-6 dagen moeten zijn. En 4 euro porto voor een brief is ook te veel.

Nieuw gevonden:Ik heb hier onlangs mijn eerste aankoop gedaan. Het hele heen en weer gedoe (bankoverschrijving etc., helaas geen automatische incasso) maakte dat het even duurde. Maar ik was vooral heel blij dat ik hier in de accessoires sectie vond wat ik zocht! Het mag best 2 dagen langer duren. Een echte aanrader, zeker voor vliegtuigmodelbouwers, top accessoires in dit genre!

Excellent Service:When I ordered my products it was shipped and on the way quicker than I thought it would be. They always had emails letting me know the status and when it was shipped as well as a tracking code.I will do business with them again.
