I get these notices about my shipment but my package has not arrived !!!!!!!:Where is my package ?????????????????????????????

Better chance of seeing pigs fly than seeing your order.:I placed an order on Oct. 22, 2015 for my elderly grandfather. As of November 29, 2015 I have not received my package or any response from the company into the whereabouts of the package. In fact, my order is still listed as being processed. Like many of their other customers, I think I have fallen victim to a scam where they say the item is in stock, but it actually isn't. My poor grandfather is very irritated. At this point I just want my money back so my grandfather will get off my back and I can order the product somewhere else. I have sent 3 emails, 2 where sent today. Their excellent customer service is a sham. Customer service is only available 2 hours a day in an unknown timezone if you speak French.

Air dog Decals voor F 4 Phantom Luftwaffe in 1/32:De decals overtroffen mijn verwachtingen vele malen, ook de levering was erg snel en goedkoop, ik kan 1001 Modellbau alleen maar aanraden en ik zal hier graag weer kopen.

Poor customer service:Like so many of the other reviewers, I placed an order on 6/20/15, my order was suppose to ship between 8/7 & 10/7, I have not received my order,my status also has not changed. I've sent emails and received no response, tried the phone number, which has an amazingly short 2 hour window to call, but then I don't speak French so it's useless. This has to be the worse customer service I have ever experienced.

No contact. No return call or email. No shipping or tracking info.:I placed an order on 10-1-15 and received an email with the corresponding reference number. Enclosed in this email was the date of delivery being between 10-16-15 and 10-20-15. I also paid an upgraded shipping method so a tracking number would be supplied (UPS). However, no tracking number has ever been provided. My payment was processed and completed on 10-1-15 according to the order status on my account. I have patiently waited till today 10-20-15 which is the last day of promised delivery, but no delivery was made. For the last 3 days I have called the contact number which I only get a French answering service and no return call. I have emailed twice with no response, in an attempt to acquire a tracking number or some form of shipping info to conform some sort of progress is being made. I have also called the U.S. contact for returns in Centerton, AR with no success either. My order status has reflected the same message ""order being processed"" for 3 weeks now including after the promised delivery time has expired. If some sort of contact or explanation is not reciprocated, in the next day or so, I will be reporting this practice of customer neglect, and forwarding a copy of all correspondence to my attorney.

Awful/No Service:I can only echo the experiences of many of the dissatisfied reviewers of 1001 Modelkits. I ordered an item on 12/09/15 which was, and still is, listed as ""In stock, Shipped within 2-4 days"". It is now 06/10/15 and no goods. I have emailed them twice on 19/09/15 and 02/10/15 and received no response until today I found by accident that they had left a message in my order history on 02/10/15 that ""Due to an error of one of our suppliers, we are still waiting for the product to be resupplied"". No indication of when that is likely to be and of course the item webpage still shows ""In stock, Shipped within 2-4 days"". I have requested a refund and will certainly never go near them again.

Verschrikkelijk: geen trackingcode ontvangen hoewel ik er extra voor heb betaald, veel te lange levertijd, geen reactie op berichten.

Great experience:Very fast - very good - great place to shop on the internet

Pretty Great:Ordered some bottles of model glue, and got everything quickly and for a good price. Pretty great for a first purchase.

Poor communication:My order has been processing for nearly three weeks without any firm contact from 1001 Model Kits. The only e-mails I have received are three copies of OTHER buyer's requests for shipping updates and a copy of an inquiry I made before ordering - and that was never responded to - plus it now refers to a product I didn't ask about. All these e-mails seem to automated responses.All I ask for is an e-mail - preferably from a real person - letting me know that my order is in stock and it will be shipping soon .UPDATE: I finally received my order from 1001 Models - nearly two months after my order was placed and paid for. Communication was better over the last few weeks but still below expectations. I can accept delays but only if I'm informed of them. I was still getting comments in my account that had nothing to do with my order.

Order still ""processing"" after almost 4 weeks, no customer response:Order placed on 12 Aug 15 for a couple of Eduard PE frets for 1/350 USS Hornet. Emailed at least three times through different avenues, reply to my order email, email through their site, and email through PayPal. No reply from any of those. Phone call to their area code 617 number, French message answer. Left message there to call me. No reply. Called the place listed to return items in Arkansas, which on Google maps appears to be a residence. Left a message on the english speaking answering machine to call me, no reply. Unless I have some response soon, next step is to file a grievance through PayPal, which could put a dent in their sales through that payment method.

Item a no show:Ordered a model back in 05/21/2015 , contactedGuillaume Mortier06/17/2015 14:42:00 Dear customer, Due to an error of one of our suppliers, we are still waiting for the product.We should receive it next week and be able to send your order at that moment.Thank you for your understanding, them in June , got a reply from Guillaume Mortier.still waiting .Have sent 6 emails so far and they have not replied.Have called and all I get is a French recorded message. Don't give them the pleasure of taking your money ! Go somewhere else avoid these.

Slow Delivery:The sale of this model kit was the slowest in a sale of a $200.00 Model kit.Delivery was good the box came in good shape and took a parts count ]to make sure that all part trees were in the model kit it was complete full]count. All in All I have to say for being the slowest delivery of a sale in my case this model kit I wanted so even thou the long wait I have to say it was wait. this is the reason I only 3 stars for slow delivery response for sale DHL was good on Delivery date one day early

NO GOODS:Very bad customer serviceEmailed several times about an order placed on the 15/08/2015 which has not yet arrived They have taken my money and don't seem to want to pay it back as I have requested more than onceLike other companies that deal in model kits they just don't keep them and don't up date their web site so mislead you into orders

Humbrol Paint order:Did not have all the colours I required ,9 out of 10 is not bad ,the 1 colour that was missing I managed to get elsewhere . Delivery was spot-on so no complaints there either .

Non Arrival of Goods:Order acknowledged by 1001 kits on 19/08/2015.Chase e-mail to their customer services sent 16/09/2015Still awaiting goods or a response to my e-mail

Two weeks! Still no delivery of order.:Ordered supplies from their site that were marked as in-stock.Order has been sitting in the ""Being Processed"" state now for over 2 weeks after I've been charged. No updates, no back ordered notifications, NOTHING.About ready to file a claim with PayPal on this one.Be wary of this company's order fulfillment time.

Niet weer:Besteld op 01.09, direct betaald. Maar tot op heden geen goederen aangekomen. Je kan ook het verzendnummer doorsturen naar de klant, maar dit is niet het geval. telefoontjes worden weggedrukt en als je ze aanschrijft geen reactie. Geen aanrader dus.

Delivery:Order placed 7th Sept, now 18th September still no sign of my order, I'm not a happy bunny

5 star price, 2 star customer service:The price is really good, so I am OK with the LONG waiting period.But customer service is bad, when I told them my items are damaged, they replied my VERY slowly, although they did send me replacement parts.They don't even inform me that they are sending the replacement.Overall I am pretty happy now, because I got my replacement(still pretty slow), and the price is REALLY good!

Goederen uitstekend, levertijd vertraagd:Ik heb hier wagons voor de modelspoorbaan gevonden die nergens anders meer verkrijgbaar zijn. Het is echter niet waar dat de goederen binnen twee dagen worden verzonden. Het was eerder twee weken. Dus als je op zoek bent naar een zeldzaam model, ben je hier aan het juiste adres. Je moet echter wel geduld hebben.

Good quality product - delayed delivery.:Slight damage to corner of book but not serious. Otherwise quality of book as supplied was acceptable. Delivery was quoted on website as 5-6 days but took nearer to two weeks and needed chasing up. Opted for tracker on delivery but information provided was very limited and no explanation or warning given for delay experienced in delivery.

Took a while for delivery, though happy with model:My order took 3 weeks to be delivered (I think it was driven to the wrong address, as was stated on the Hermes tracking page) though I was very happy with the model once I received it.

Levering met een test van geduld:Ik heb bij 1001Modellbau besteld omdat ik hun website erg goed vond. De goederen die ik bestelde waren ook direct leverbaar en zouden binnen 2 dagen binnen moeten zijn. Uiteindelijk duurde het meer dan 1-2 weken. Prijs/prestatie is oké. Ik weet niet of ik hier opnieuw zou kopen omdat de wachttijd erg lang was.

Bestelproces en levering van 1001 modellbau verliepen vlekkeloos:Het hele aankoopproces (internetbestelling, betalingsverwerking en levering) verliep vlekkeloos. Goederen onberispelijk. Een kleine opmerking: De periode tussen het bestelproces en de betalingsherinnering was een beetje te kort, omdat er rekening moet worden gehouden met tussenliggende tijden zoals vakantie, banktransacties direct in het bankgebouw - als je buiten woont, ga je niet noodzakelijkerwijs elke dag naar de bank -. De wil om te betalen is er.

Absoluut top professionele afhandeling: ik heb lang gezocht naar bepaalde huispakketten in 1:87 en vond hier wat ik zocht. bestellen was eenvoudig en ik werd snel op de hoogte gehouden van de status van mijn bestelling. De verwerkings- en verzendtijden waren in overeenstemming met de informatie die bij de bestelling werd gegeven, ik ben zeer tevreden en zal zeker opnieuw bestellen!!!

Verkeerde goederen en geen reactie van de verkoper:Verkeerde en inferieure locomotief geleverd, noch digitaal noch met geluid. Verkoper reageert niet, Paypal kopersbescherming ingeschakeld, ik zal hier nooit meer iets bestellen!

Model 1/72 Personnel:Choice was good ordering easy but the kits took a very long time to arrive.

Ik heb nu voor de 2e keer iets besteld en ben zeer tevreden, dank u: ja ik heb uw adres aan mijn collega's op het werk gegeven en ik ben zeer tevreden.

Nothing to worry about:I was initially worried that my order had been forgotten (it had been ""processing"" for almost ten days), but the item came in about 2 weeks, exactly as ordered. I'm really happy with my purchase, especially since they had a 15-year-old item that is incredibly hard to come by!

A400m Grizzly:A large model that I haven't completed as yet.The main problem being the undercarriage as the wheels keep breaking off their stub axles even using the smallest amount of glue.So I've had to sell them out and fit new axles of from spare plastic..Apart from that its looking like a smashing model

Took forever, item labelled incorrectly, terrible service.:Pathetic doesnt touch how i would describe their customer service. I ordered what was labeled as a harrier model, on May 31st. It wasnt even packaged for shipment until June 22nd! I received my order only to realize it was just the decals. I emailed them saying the product is titled incorrectly, and they started arguing with me off the bat telling me how clearly labelled they think the product is. I used examples of what I'm looking at that made me think this was a harrier model. They emailed back shoving their self-righteousness in my face. Terrible customer service. Don't even try calling them unless you speak french. This is the worst I have been treated with any company. I just hope someone reads this before they order from here and can find what they need elsewhere.
