Failed:They sent the wrong item and attempts to contact them by e-mail and phone have been ignored, but they still have a chance to recover if they respond.

Good product - poor communication with US customer:The model is good quality & arrived within 2 weeks of ordering. However, the email confirmation quoted delivery at 9 months after ordering for some reason. When I called the customer service # with Boston area code to ask about this, no one ever answered the line and the voicemail was in French. Despite not knowing any French, I left a message anyway and never got a response. I emailed as well and did not get a response. This item was for an anniversary gift so timing was important. Glad they came through but if you have a question, you may have trouble getting an answer.

Exactly as advertised:Ordered the ""HOBBY BOSS 82911 - MODEL KIT GERMAN 80CM K(E) RAILWAY GUN ?DORA?"" kit. This kit is hard to find, and the other suppliers wanted at least $250 (US). 1001modelkits advertised it for $189. It was delivered internationally in perfect condition, within the time frame promised. No complaints and much appreciated.

Crap:Advertised a product they had not got and only got a refund after I got paypal involved do not use this company

Goederen top, communicatie slecht:Ik had een Fieseler Storch in 1:32 gekocht voor een topprijs, de goederen zijn ook 1A. Helaas kreeg ik echter pas na enige tijd mijn trackingnummer, ondanks het feit dat de goederen zogenaamd al een paar dagen geleden waren verzonden (volgens het systeem).Ik had verschillende vragen en kreeg slechts antwoord op één e-mail, die ook nog eens nogal automatisch leek te zijn aangemaakt.Er is nooit iemand bereikbaar op hun hotline (Berlijns netnummer 030) en ze hebben me nooit teruggebeld!

Snowmobile model:The item I received was exactly what I wanted. My only suggestion to the company is their website talks about great customer service but when I tried to call the number they gave, I couldn't understand any of the recording. However, I would order from them again.

Fantastic brass Gato propellers.:I needed 1/72 brass Gato propellers for my Revell Gato. They arrived today. They are perfect , even counter rotating no less. Couldn't ask for more!

Missing and broken parts.:When I received my model, it had 1 broken part and 2 missing parts.. I contacted the company. They said they would send the parts. Still no parts after several months. I contacted again. They said send photos of the parts from the assembly sheet with parts circled. Still no parts after more months. I contacted again, now they won't answer me. It has now been over a year.

Military model:Fast delivery excellent product

Rotten Service:Was not told product was OOS when ordering. After 10 days e-mailed 1001 to find that they were waiting for stock. Useless as item was intended as a Christmas presentWould never order from this site again

NO Recommended Seller!!!:Order Reference BPFFHAPJR - placed on 12/02/2015. and at 12/31/2015 My parcel was shipped. They sent me a tracking Number 9405510200829864161*** their respond very slow!I paid $257.88 for my order, but I get nothing!! I also report all those attempts to FBI, otherwise we have an issue with the local police department for this site!No respond for email, No respond for message on the site. No costumers service inside! I found A SNAKE waiting a FROG on the site.

Garbage:> 3weeks waiting for order. When i emailed about the delay, was told 1/2 of the order wasn't in stock, and he would send the instock stuff. Still waiting for that shipment 3weeks later. Poorest service of the 4 online hobby shops i use.

Worst online shopping experience ever!:I ordered a Tiger tank (Academy - 1:35-AC1348) on 7th of november. I got an email saying that my order was being shipped on the 9th of november.Then nothing happened for a long time. I sent them an email on the 24th of novemeber asking what was happening with my order - NO answer.Then I sent more emails - still NO answers.On the 7th of december I complained to Pay Pal, And then finally on the 12th of december I got an email saying that my order somehow got lost, and now is out of stock and that they would refund my money. Today on 16th of december I got my money back.The Tiger tank is still listed on their site - shipped within 10-12 days.A bunch of drunk monkies would do a better job than these guys.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Wouldn't hesitate to buy again from them!:I bought some decals and even with the language barrier (order processed in French) and weird invoicing the price I paid was correct. This was explained in an email they returned upon my query. It took 4.5 weeks to get the item but was well worth the wait considering it cost me 1/2 as much. I would use them again.
