Billing error cleared up in jig-time, first class!:My order was shipped 3/29, so has not yet arrived in Canada (which doesn't surprise me) - hence the ""4"" rating. I discovered a price discrepancy between 3/29 and 4/10 and 1001 staff fixed it pronto. Overall impression - very good.

Hard to find decals:1001 Modelkits was the only place I was able to find decals for a 1/32 version of a P-51B.

Superb site!!!:A very resourceful source for anyone's modelling needs for military subjects. An excellent source for aircraft decals and aircraft model kits as well as detailing sets. A very good source for military ship models as well.Good selection of car models not offered in any where else.

Wang: Ik bestelde Revell verf op 24.01.16, op 05.02.16 ontving ik een e-mail dat ze nu worden verzonden, geadverteerd als 7 tot 9 dagen. Op 11.02.16 ontving ik weer een e-mail met een zending tracking, er stond: ""De levertijd is van 5 tot 7 dagen."" In de tussentijd had ik de hoop opgegeven en de kleuren elders gehaald. Toen ze aankwamen, wilde ik gebruik maken van mijn 30 dagen retourrecht. Ik kon geen retourbon vinden, dus pakte ik een pakje in en stuurde het terug naar Frankrijk voor €10 verzendkosten naar het adres dat was opgegeven voor retourzendingen. Ze weigerden het te accepteren en het pakket werd op 14 maart teruggestuurd. Ik heb het geld voor de kleuren afgeschreven, dit is niet de manier om zaken te doen, ik kan iedereen alleen maar aanraden om daar niet te winkelen.

Altijd weer. Absoluut een aanrader: artikel, service, communicatie en levering absoluut top!

I am very unhappy with delivery time.:I ordered a sheet of decals for an older 1:48 scale B-17 kit on 2/10/16. The kit was 90% complete but the kit decals were too old. On 2/18/16 I sent a message requesting status and saying that if the decal sheet was not in stock I would select a different one. On 2/19/16 I received an email saying it shipped and they would notify me of a tracking number. It is now 3/2/16 and I have not received a tracking number or the decals. This is not acceptable and I will know better in the future not to order from 1001 models.

1st class company :highly recommended:All items ordered were delivered in the time frame promised and were in an excellent condition as advertised.Items were well packed and suffered no damage in the delivery systems. I was kept informed on the status of my order on a regular update. I shall be using this company as and when they have what I require, without hesitation.

Decal set for a Polikarpov I-16 1/48 scale.:I ordered a decal set for an I-16 1/48 scale. The decals arrived on time and in very good condition. Extra care was made in packing so the decals would not be damaged in route. The decal set and instructions more than exceeded my expectations. A very good value too.

Ninco Slot Car:Bought several Ninco items, all were at a good price and exactly as advertised. Packaging was good and shipping was low enough that I did not realize I had ordered these items from a French source, I am in the USA.

No product, no refund, no contact:Ordered December 2, 2015. Was to be a Christmas gift. Couple days before Christmas I emailed. They said order was still being completed. No sign of order in January 2016. Tried contacting them again by email and phone. No return of phone calls or emails. No refund !!!! Horrible company. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with!!!!!!

Non-existant customer service.:I placed an order for an item in error and tried to contact 1001 Modelkits. I phoned them four times and never got an answer. I sent two emails via the site's online message app requesting a change to the order. No reply. Now I get a message nine days later saying they shipped the order before reading my change request.I will NOT order from this company again. I need to know I can contact someone if I have a problem or question, and 1001 Modelkits does not fill that bill.

Description of product on website is completely misleading:I ordered the 1:72 EDUARD 7503 Figure RFC crew 1917. In their product description: I copied and pasted this from their site:Type of product : Model figuresThe figurines are sold in boxes with several figures: - in the 1:72 scale, the boxes usually contain 40-50 figurine soldiers, or 15 cavalry figurines.In reality, there were only 6 figurines. At $13.99 plus shipping, this is way too expensive and not as described. It was a rip off!

Bestelling Boeing:Alles ging heel goed en de goederen waren uitstekend. Alleen de levering duurde erg lang.
