Nice Decals:I did not know that my order was coming from France, being here in the US and ordering something overseas its a scary undertaking. BUT 1001 delivered, not only did my order come through, but also that everything was there and well. I could chat with them to see if my order was delayed and they always were willing to help me with answers and were very friendly. Thanks again 1001 team.

Zeer slechte ervaring: Een partij emaille kleuren werd niet op tijd geleverd, was daardoor niet meer bruikbaar en werd teruggestuurd naar het Franse adres dat op de website stond. Er werd echter geen geld teruggegeven. E-mails werden niet beantwoord. De ""hotline"" met Berlijns nummer die op de Duitse website staat, bestaat uit een Frans antwoordapparaat. De dealer, gevestigd in Frankrijk, deed alsof hij dood was; er zouden twee manieren zijn geweest om juridische stappen te ondernemen, maar beide zouden ingewikkeld en onrendabel zijn geweest. Onderzoek bracht toen de mogelijkheid aan het licht om de zaak voor te leggen aan het "Centre for European Consumer Protection"". De tijdrovende formaliteiten waren succesvol: vier maanden na het terugsturen van de goederen ontving ik een e-mail van de winkelier: 7 juin 12:03 CESTHello,Dank u, we zullen de terugbetaling zo snel mogelijk uitvoeren.Met vriendelijke groet, Guillaume Mortier (1001maquettes)Het geld werd inderdaad gecrediteerd.

Excellent service and good price:Delivery slower than expected because parcel came from France! And online payment page in French! But otherwise great.

A Complaint:Not a good transaction ......after two weeks the order had not even exited the 1001 facility, much less being close the being delivered. Four days ago I received a an email telling me it has been shipped and that it would be delivered shortly. (????) I would be receiving another email with a tracking #......nothing yet. This process has been far too long, especially at a the $19.95 shipping cost. Cannot give any whatsoever concerning this transaction.

Horrible Horrible service:Purchased a photo etch for F6f2 Hellcat on June 29. No where on the 1001 Model Kit web site was there a clear statement that products would be shipped from France!!. On July 6 received an e mail that product had been shipped and I would receive a postal tracking number as soon as available. Never received the tracking number. I telephoned customer service and got a recorded message in French! Sent another e-mail and got response ""will answer as soon as possible.""It is now July 14, and product not received. I live on the US east coast in New jersey so product should have arrived after eight (8) days intransit, unless mailed by boat.Sent another e-mail with the same standard response ""will answer as soon as possible.""I am in the process of notifying Visa that I will not pay the charges to my account because of non delivery.I never had such a terrible experience with model hobby vendors. You are unable to speak with anyone, and recorded telephone messages are in French. I STRONGLY URGE ANYONE CONSIDERING PURCHASING FROM THIS VENDOR TO REMEMBER THAT THE WAREHOUSE SHIPPING POINT IS IN FRANCE AND THAT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATIONS FROM THIS VENDOR AS TO THE STATUS OF AN ORDER other than it was shipped.Personally I do not believe this vendor had the product in stock, and never actually shipped this product. If you live in Canada or the USAbeware doing business with this vendor.I am resigned to the fact that my money will not be refunded and is lost.WRPFinally on July 18 received merchandise. It had been mailed from France on July 12 and not July 6 as claimed in the vendor's e-mail.The product was ordered on June 29. Had the vendor been honest as to the date of shipment, and answered my e-mail queries, all this time wasting mess could have been avoided. This organization is a mess,never again will I place an order. They are unable to communicate effectively with the customer.

Merchandice was ordered and charged to my MC account 22 days ago and there has been no follow up It is stuck in Paris France with no movement:I will never order from this company again. I've dealt with many online companies, but never have had to wait this long for my order. I'm not even sure I'll ever get this order and plan to send a letter to Capital One stating that I never received the merchandise ordered and want my money credited to my MC account. I'm afraid I have been ripped off for the first time ordering online.

Shipping:They have the item I'm looking for but take far to long to ship and deliver.

Decals:Very pleased, have been trying to get these decals for a long time. 1001 Model kits kept me informed all the way and they arrived in pristine condition. Happy to unequivocally recommended... I will certainly use 1001 Model kits again

Delays in shipment.:I ordered things in past and service was good. Recently I placed an order on June 11, 2061. Got an mail stating received order and of course accepted my payment. Got another email saying I should receive order by June 22. Great, but never received the order. Had to send two emails checking on status. After you received the second email it appears that's when my order was processed. Few days later I finally got the order. Not the normal service I was used to.

From order to delivery takes way too long!:This is my second order with 1001 Modelkits, and again the time from the confirmation to the actual delivery is unbelievably long. My most recent order was made on June 11 and as of this review (July 6) I still DO NOT HAVE IT! It is just a mask for a canopy on a 1:48 scale plane, and yet it cannot be delivered quicker than one month. That is just way too long. My first order was so long in being shipped and delivered that I actually had to reorder the item through another distributor and got it within a few days. Finally my original order arrived, and now I don't need it any longer. Sorry, but something has to be done about processing and shipping orders much faster.

Still waiting for my purchase:Placed an order over a month ago. Had to send an email to get the status of my order and a day later received an email that it had shipped. That was 2 weeks ago. NOT recommended

Haven't Received my order yet.:Order was sent to old address. I had thought I had changed it in time to get it sent to my present address. Am working with former landlord to try & track down where the package ended up. Not really a critisism of1001 modelkits, as much as DSL, who could of done a better job checking who was signing for the package

Have not received good ordered on time.:Having to have DHL figure out why they did not have package for pick up. Needed this on time.

Decals:It took a little while ,my order arrived today,and they [the decals] are what I needed to complete my model. Nice to know your available.

After 2 months still waiting for my refund:17 june - I've sended several emails, no response, no money back, still waiting for my €138.12 july: received an e mail after my review on trustpilot, but still waiting for my money.

Zeer tevreden over de goederen, verpakking en verwerking:Nu ik weet dat de goederen uit Frankrijk komen, accepteer ik ook de levertijd van 1 week. Dat was zelfs vrij snel. De goederen zijn erg goed. De communicatie met de verkoper was uitstekend. Ik ben zeer tevreden.

Foreign Languages on Customer Service, I don't speak Chinese. frustrating.:I called to check on my order and got a Chinese message, tried to send online message and it was only in french. ordered 3 weeks ago and i still don't have my package, it took ten days before they even shipped it. no tracking etc etc etc. The worst.

Informatie over de levertijd: de in het artikel genoemde levertijd werd met 3 weken overschreden. De reden hiervoor waren leveringsproblemen bij de leverancier, hoewel een bestaande voorraad werd vermeld.Over het geheel genomen geen groot probleem, maar klanten moeten kunnen vertrouwen op de vermelde levertijden voor bestellingen die op korte termijn worden geplaatst. Verder zeer tevreden over de afhandeling en het contact met de klant.

Nooit meer:Ik zal hier nooit meer bestellen ik bestelde op 09.05.16, omdat het artikel niet leverbaar was heb ik een terugbetaling aangevraagd vandaag hebben we het 06.07.16 en mijn geld is tot vandaag nog niet terug overgemaakt hoewel mijn bankgegevens wel beschikbaar zijn.Ik vind dit een brutaliteit eerst wordt men afgeschrikt dan wordt er ineens niet meer gereageerd op verzonden mails.Ik kan iedereen alleen maar aanraden om via paypal te betalen anders heb je alleen maar problemen.
