Heller te20 kit excellent.took 3 weeks …:Heller te20 kit excellent.took 3 weeks to arrive .tracking didnt work..1001 didnt reply to e mails or answer phone..kit only arrived after complaint to pay pal. Glue fell apart on opening..paints and brushes v good packing was excellent... Id have to be persuaded they sorted their customer services to buy again. I was asked for this review same day i had to complain to paypal! Sorry but need to give h.onest review

Be very careful in dealing with this company. Not all of their customers love them!:Ordered Nimbus 4000. Goods arrived with outer packaging undamaged but contents including polystyrene absolutely wrecked internally. Some parts were also missing. Emailed the company and tried communicating with them on their website twice and now, 7 days later, still no reply or contact from them. I am willing to find a way forward but they seem to be ignoring the situation. Perhaps a trip to their premises might persuade them to address this properly!

Zeer lange wachttijden voor verzending:

Ik heb maar de helft gekregen van wat ik heb betaald: ik heb een Fiseler Storch modelvliegtuig gekocht, maat 2850mm. Maar ik kreeg alleen de romp. (De vleugels, staart en het richtingsroer waren niet inbegrepen. Een klacht werd alleen in het Engels beantwoord. Een retour naar Frankrijk kostte me al gauw 150€ Zeer groot pakket. Het pakket was ook verkeerd aangegeven. Moest een leveringskost van 60fr betalen bovenop de BTW van 40fr. Mijn klacht werd in het Engels beantwoord. Maar ik heb in Duitsland besteld. De hele zaak kost me nu 800€ voor een half vliegtuig, ik laat de brief zoals hij is en wacht op de rest van de levering. Als ze de fout herstellen, geef ik ze 5 sterren. !!!!!

The detail is brilliant:The detail is brilliant and instructions easy to follow, even though not in English, the scale suits an oo gauge , the downside is the wheels and track, they could be stronger and bigger. It is very fiddly to make and was made easier by having a set of tweezers of different size. Has made a very realistic looking crane to go with the model coal mine on a railway layout.

I found a hard to find decal set on …:I found a hard to find decal set on your site. Reasonably priced. 4 stars due to packing. I suggest inserting a stiff piece of cardboard in envelope to help prevent creasing. It arrived quite beat up.
