ORDER STILL NOT RECEIVED AFTER MORE…:ORDER STILL NOT RECEIVED AFTER MORE THAN 7 WEEKS.Order: S4Q0KVYOH Placed on 04-27-2020:April 27th, 2020: I ordered 2 tins of paint, £10.00 each £5.99 shipping, total £27.97Today, June 17th 2020: The goods have still not arrived May 30th, 2020: I emailed 1001 Modelkits to enquire about my order of April 27.June 2nd, 2020: They replied to say one of the tins was not in stock. They offered a voucher in lieu of the product, or a different product of my choice ( or - 5% of the original value).June 4th, 2020: I replied to say I would accept an alternative product priced £7.99 plus a £3 voucher.June 6th, 2020: Having had no reply from them, I re-sent the email of June 4th.June 10th, 2020: Having had no reply to either of my previous emails, I emailed again, asking them to cancel the original order and issue a refund, as I had lost faith in their ability to fulfil the order.June 17th, 2020: A reply – at last! – but it does not acknowledge my emails or refer to any requests from me it simply re-states the fact that the product is unavailable and offers a voucher in lieu (not even the choice of a product as previously).I have tried to ring on numerous occasions, but the phone number does not work.Clearly, in light of the above, I do not want the voucher, or indeed the goods originally ordered (and paid for) on April 27th, as I have now bought them elsewhere.HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?
Goederen kunnen niet geleverd worden ondanks directe betaling: doet alsof ze goederen hebben, je betaalt en dan krijg je de melding dat het niet geleverd kan worden en aan het goede eind is nog een aardig eind, dat het dan zo was dat ik op de pagina keek en moest constateren dat het artikel dat ik besteld had, nog steeds leverbaar zou zijn en over 2-4 weken geleverd kan worden. dus één keer en nooit meer. oh ja aan het eind werd nog gezegd dat ik iets mag bestellen met dezelfde waarde en of een tegoedbon krijg voor een volgende aankoop. Totaal slecht gedrag naar klanten toe. Ik kan het alleen maar afraden om daar te bestellen

Puzzel nooit geleverd:Ik heb puzzel besteld, die wordt niet afgeleverd omdat het postcode niet helemaal correct was bij het afleveradres. Heb dat direct gemeld bij 1001 met de vraag of ze het naar het juiste afleveradres met het juiste postcode kunnen sturen. Ik heb nooit iets teruggehoord, maar krijg wel continu mailtjes om ze te beoordelen. Ben wel mijn geld kwijt en heb nog steeds geen puzzel

Defect:levertijd op 15.5.-besteld op4.6.2020 geleverd is 3 weken telefonisch niet bereikbaar zelfs per mail geen antwoord geen gebruiksaanwijzing

Terrible aftercare service:Terrible aftercare service, I placed an order for an expensive model kit that arrived damaged, fair enough shipping is not their fault, however the box had been previously opened and repacked wrong, All three of there contact numbers do not work, sent multiple emails and when I finally got a reply they offered a 10% credit note, which won’t even cover the cost to repair or cover up the damage, since that email to which I replied to they have had no further contact with me nor given me the credit note.Unfortunate as the price was decent, and looking at other reviews I’m not the only one.
Terrible experience..:Terrible experience... the scaletrix came with a french plug (I ordered from a British website, I.e. a .co.uk and had it delivered to an English address so it should’ve come with an English plug). There are no phone numbers that actually work !!! And i have looked all over the internet for contact phone numbers. I had to spend £25 to return the scaletrix as it’s broken (and I had to buy a french to Uk plug adapter). When I do get a reply to my questions (sent via the website) my question is rarely answered correctly!!! And I am still chasing them up for my refund and also for them to reimburse me for the postage for me to return the broken scaletrix set!!!Terrible company
Embarrassing Email Tennis Customer Service:I saw an item via a Google search, a £280 Gaming Heads statue that is difficult to get hold, I ordered the item from 1001 Models nearly 3 weeks ago now.The item was shown to be in stock and payment was processed though PayPal. There was the added cost of paying with PayPal, which later on checking the order details reads as shipping and handling cost, though shipping was free due to the purchase amount.So I was a happy man as I had tracked the item down after months of searching. Next day I log into the account and see that the Statue is marked as unavailable, weird it was shown as available when I purchased it, payment had been processed and taken via PayPal.Here begins the fun part (not) I sent 3 emails to clarify the situation, I received 2 back 3 days later in French, La demande # Order Query a été close et fusionnée dans cette demande. Dernier commentaire dans la demande #For those of you not fluent in French (Myself included, thank you Google translate) All it said was they had ’closed and merged into this request’. I would not hear back from them until the next day luckily in English to say that they would receive the item within 10 days.Happy days, or so I thought. The following days (now weeks) of email tennis I received an email ‘we juste received your products, and the refund will be available next week. Would you like tyour product .’Yes, I would like my product, hence why I initially ordered it.Bizarrely they reply ‘We inform you that the refund of your order # was requested on May 26th from our accounting department.This refund will be made through the payment channel as stipulated by French law. We would like to inform you that a refund can be deferred by one month if you are in deferred payment.We insist that this refund will be made within 14 working days.’So you are not sending it out to me then? How does PayPal instant payment require 14 days to refund? Why do I need to abide by French law when I am a UK customer paying with PayPal?So nearly 3 weeks on and waiting for either a refund or item, I’m confused as to which one.

Ordered almost 2 months ago:Ordered almost 2 months ago, still nothing. When I contacted them 5 weeks ago, got one e-mail basically saying ""it will get there when it gets there"". Sent another mail asking for a refund last week and now they completely ghosted me: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I've contacted a lawyer since I live not that far from them: to whoever reads this, I hope we can make them stop this ""service"" and get our well-deserved refunds.

By May 5th still nothing, reply on an email they told that the order was shipped on March 26 and I should ask in 15 days again. By May 20 still nothing and now they went silent on my emails. Asked for refund now through my credit card company. Would not use it again.

I see no way to contact 1001 to ask for help and no way to further track my package . I’m just out $ for the second time on the same item. Different sellers though. Just my luck. Terrible service.:Bought my items for this store believing it to be UK based. Paid for expedited shipping as well. On the same day I ordered from 1001 I also ordered from an actual UK based company, Kentmodels.co.uk and recieved my order in two days! I even ordered decals off a Japanese based company on ebay and even these have arrived before my order from 1001!This will be my first and last purchase from 1001.

Claim to be a English company!!!:Claim to be a English company but in fact its based abroad.. I cant stress enough how dodgy that is.. Also you can try ring the uk number but it never gets answer. Pitiful really. I can understand how they are only 3 star.. Stick to proper uk based hobby sellers, you wont go far wrong there.

Oplichters:Ze annuleren automatisch de helft van je bestelling die je dan als voucher krijgt en de andere helft komt gewoon niet. Op mails krijg je amper reactie en ze doen er alles aan om je af te houden. Het nummer zijn ze ook niet op te bereiken. BESTEL HIER NIET!!!

This site makes no indication it is not…:This site makes no indication it is not based in the UK unless you come off their website to see it is actually French. I placed an order on the second of the month and have still not recieved it. I only purchased from this site as they had everything in stock at the time. Although it would have been easier to wait for the items on eModels to come back into stock as it would have arrived sooner anyway and most likely cheaper. Looks as though my review is not a one off, a lot of people are having the same issue. I hope these reviews make them decide to change their site information to let us know they are not actually shipping from the UK when you place an order. I have now sent an email to see what can be done regarding the order and have asked for it to be cancelled if they cannot help.I get these are tough times however every other order I have placed has arrived within half the time. As far as im concerned this will be my last order from this site.

After me sending a polite message on May the 5th asking about my delivery time update the answer was quite rude saying I will have a refund. No atempts to solve my order. No excuses. Alleen op de site zag ik dat de transactie geslaagd was.Na 3 weken heb ik ze gemaild met de vraag waar het bleef.Vervolgens 5 dagen later antwoord gehad, waar ik helemaal niks mee kon.Daarna nog 3x contact gezocht via de mail (want het buitenlandse nummer op de site doet het natuurlijk niet...)Geen reactie.
