Terrible customer service:Terrible customer service. I never got my tracking number, the “customer service” line was a joke. High shipping costs, and slow shipping. Archaic website, and terrible experience. Save yourself time, money and frustration and stay away from these crooks.

Placed an order November 20th:placed an order November 20th. Goods in stock, but I have yet to receive them, today is December 10th. My payment when through right away as order was confirmed. email saying order confirmation & processed & preparation on dec 30th.Still nothing, I used order number to check for it, and was informed no order has been placed. Still waiting!!!

Hard to find kit:1001 Modelkits had a kit I've been trying to find for quite a while. Ordering and shipment was painless. I will use them again.

When ordering:When ordering, the image was misleading as it showed two bottles of Tamiya Airbrush Cleaner side by side for no other reason it seems than to suggest that you would get two for the price. Of course only one item arrived and when calculating postage and packing then the item was quite expensive.

Jolly good, but be prepared for a bit of a wait for delivery.:After I'd ordered from 1001 (due to the very competitive price) I read the Trust Pilot reviews which made me wonder if I'd done the right thing. However, although the model car was delivered with all the speed of a glacier - 11 days, in these days when we're used to instant gratification - and after four emails (one duplicated) letting me know they were dealing with my order and had posted it about five days after receiving it, everything was OK despite the contents rattling inside the outer packaging box. (A little more scrunched up paper next time chaps!).Thus, all good, but be prepared to be patient while waiting for your order to be delivered

6 weken levertijd!!! Leugens, smoesjes, clueless support:Super Mario Bros. Puzzle Ground Pound gekocht op 16/10/17, beschikbare levering 2-4days. 1 week rond, gebeld, levering binnen een week sorry. Slecht Duits, Frans accent.2 weken rond, gebeld, levering binnen een week sorry. zo ging het 6 weken door. Pakket kwam uit Frankrijk via Nederland. Ik kreeg alleen valse trackingnummers en geen van DHL. Dezelfde meneer met het Franse accent was steeds moeilijk te verstaan, niet in de laatste plaats door zijn luidruchtigheid, alternatieve nummers of medewerkers waren niet beschikbaar. Hij was rustig en relatief vriendelijk, maar niet erg behulpzaam. Constant zeggen ""levering komt binnen een week, zeker"" in de hoop dat het op een gegeven moment goed komt helpt niet. gelukkig hadden we elders andere verjaardagscadeaus gekocht. Zelfs de Chinees was sneller geweest en voor de helft van het geld. Sapwinkel nooit meer!!!!!

I realize 1001 Modelkits has no control of the postal system so technically I cannot hold them at fault for this large delay. However, after seeing many complaints about orders not being received at all or seriously delayed I would expect that 1001 Modelkits would make other arrangements to insure the best possible customer service. I believe most customers would pay an extra fee for some trackable shipping service that would hopefully avoid these types of situations.Postscript...the order arrived the afternoon that I posted this review.
