Verwerkingstijd van online...:De verwerkingstijd van online bestelling tot verzending is met 6 dagen vrij lang. Dan was er nog een zeer lange levertijd. Ik bestelde online op 5 april, het pakket werd verzonden op 11 april en ik ontving het op 19 april. Dat is zeker te lang voor mij.

Nooit Meer ....shi....:Voor de eerste maal een bestelling gedaan op 04/04/2018 .Na een 8 dagen mailtje verzonden met de vraag waar mijn bestelling was.Bestelling was niet voorradig was het antwoord???? waarom dit dan aanbieden ????Op 13/04/2018 naar mondialrelay .Zonder verwittiging beslissen ze totaal zelf om leveringsadres te wijzigen.We zijn nu 19/04/2018 eindelijk bevestiging van levering???Totaal onaanvaardbaar.Nooit nog iets bestellen. 0/10

Ordered large number of paints as price…:Ordered large number of paints as price was competitive. Shipping was a bit slow and no tracking details were sent so I could not check delivery status. Paints arrived as ordered if a little late, no issue with paint quality so far and order fully filled. Would be happy to use again but only where I see price advantage.

Not the best service experience I've had:There are a good range of kits. I went through the order process but an error occurred with validation of payment. I then had an on-line chat which was very good, but didn't solve the issue. His suggestion was to create an account and try again. I did this, successfully. I was then pestered with text messages about my original unvalidated order as there was no correlation between the guest order and account holder order. I was also informed I would receive a tracking number, but this also never happened. The kits arrived after 1 week.

Awful customer service/company.:Awful customer service. Purchased item only to be told a week later they didn’t have it. Said they would get me a date for arrival and never did. Waited almost a month only to get a refund. (Had it not been for someone else as a gift I wouldn't be so mad) I will never do business with them again. If I could give 0 stars I would. Mk1 design Update Set:De update set werd geleverd in een te kleine verpakking. De goederen kwamen zwaar verbogen bij mij aan, verder waren de levertijden niet zoals vermeld ik moest een week langer wachten, het gebelde telefoonnummer lijkt een callcenter te zijn, de dame sprak en verstond nauwelijks Duits.

Order #126366 (XB-70A Paint Masks & Metal Landing Gear):I recently purchased a set of paint masks and metal landing gear for my 1:727 scale AMT/Ertl and Italeri XB-70A model kit. The items were paid through eBay and I got a confirmation email, but I noticed that the shipping address was incomplete. I sent you a email correcting the address. Next I got an email from eBay stating that the items were shipped.Next I got an email from you that my order (126366) was out of stock.How can you say an order has been shipped, then turn around and say the order was out of stock and I could either be notified when the items would be available or, I could opt for a credit in the amount paid through eBay. This is nonsense and unacceptable as I am in the process of building the XB-70A now.At this point I just want a refund. I had to order a set of masks and landing gear from another company.I am very disappinted in your service.Respectfully,Phillip Hoglund
