The total process from order to delivery from Europe took 17 days (about 12 business days). They kept me appraised during the entire process.Thanks!

Grote selectie tegen eerlijke prijzen:Ik was vooral blij met de selectie van fabrikanten uit het buitenland en het voormalige Oostblok. De prijzen zijn oké, maar bij vooruitbetaling kan het soms een probleem zijn als het bestelnummer niet bovenaan staat. Dit is echter geen probleem en de klantenservice is uitstekend. De levertijd is acceptabel, alleen de hoge verzendkosten zijn (helaas) niet te veranderen. Maar dat is geen reden om punten af te trekken.

Eindresultaat goed: Bij het bestellen was het niet duidelijk dat de levering vertraagd kon worden door de opname van een niet eerder genoemde leverancier. Als je vooruit betaalt, wil je preciezer geïnformeerd worden, vooral omdat fraude via internet toeneemt (ik heb al betaald zonder de goederen te ontvangen, zelfs op e-bay). Dus ik zal in de toekomst beter kijken.

The way online stores SHOULD be run!:My experience with 1001modelkits was commendable. They kept me updated, the prices were not unreasonable, and my order arrived in a timely fashion undamaged. I would not hesitate to recommend 1001modelkits to anyone!

Pretty good.:There was a small issue in figuring out if the item on their site was the one I was looking for. The picture shows the item out of the box and no box shown in the photo. I emailed them and they said they would attempt to find out more about the item from their supplier. After 2 weeks I heard nothing back. I decided to go ahead and order it since it was only 10 bucks(very good price) and it turned out that it was what I was looking for. The tracking didnt update during shipping but thats not really the company's fault.

I understand that this product was coming from the Czech Republic and had to go through several locatoins to get to me. The vender told me to expect the product in two weeks from shipment. I can think of nothing that is wrong with 1001 Modelkits:I found some items that were not available from other dealers, so I ordered what I needed from 1001, and even though what I ordered was stocked at their overseas supplier, I received my order within 15 days of order being placed.
