Worst website going:Worst website going, fair enough the items and stock is decent - delivery times are shocking and navigation is poor. Paid extra and been waiting near two weeks for any kind of update regarding my order. They were swift and happy enough to take the money from my bank, but not so savy to actually progress my order. When I check my current orders it says I have none - solid effort, will be demanding my money back.

Bij bestelling werd aangegeven verzending binnen 24u, dit gebeurde pas na 1,5 week. Absoluut niet acceptabel. Nu is het pakket beschadigd en ligt het bij DHL. IT NERVT. Was de eerste en laatste keer dat ik hier iets besteld heb.

Unacceptable Service:I placed my order on 4/28/2018 Saturday and I have not received my items as of 5/22/2018. The website says it shipped my item on 5/7/2018 the following Monday. 1 whole week (5 days) and they did not ship item until the following week. not on 4/30, not on 5/1,5/2,5/3 or 5/4/2018 but the following monday 5/7/2018. The items I ordered are small and would fit in a small envelope. I don't understand why it would take so F&%$#@ long to send 2 templates. website is very deceiving with USA Contact information when they are out of Europe! First and last time I will use this site. I only wish I receive my items soon or at all.I made a huge mistake.

OK transaction:I dont believe in giving negative feedback unless its really warranted. A few things slightly irked me with the transaction though, I didnt see that this was coming from outside the UK until i got to the end of the process. I had searched for UK suppliers and this site came up. Time till dispatch was pretty long and i though postage a bit high for a decal sheet. Other than that all was good - easy to find what i wanted etc

Het zeer goede:Ik was erg onder de indruk van het zeer goede, grote en gevarieerde assortiment. Het bestelproces verliep heel goed, net als de informatie over de verzending. Een klein minpuntje was de tijd die het duurde voordat de goederen werden verzonden. Maar de goederen waren super goed verpakt zodat er geen schade optrad. Ik was erg onder de indruk van 1001 modellbau en zal van tijd tot tijd op zoek gaan naar een aanbieding.

Product was damaged and unusable:

I needed parts for a diorama:I needed parts for a diorama, and 1001 Marquettes had the bits I needed. No problems with the website but unfortunately some of the parts were out of stock and I had to wait a week and a bit before they arrived. Once sent, they arrived promptly in a jiffy bag which meant that the two boxes of bits were a little crushed. No damage to the contents though.Thanks, I couldn't have completed my project without them!

Having had an order ""lost in the mail"", they very quickly responded to my email and shipped a replacement in very short order without any charges. You can't ask anymore than that. I wouldn't mind this if the shipping was free, however it was an extra £5.99 on top of the order cost. For that sort of money, you would expect a bit more protection. At least the products arrived in one piece.

Verwerkingstijd van online...:De verwerkingstijd van online bestelling tot verzending is met 6 dagen vrij lang. Dan was er nog een zeer lange levertijd. Ik bestelde online op 5 april, het pakket werd verzonden op 11 april en ik ontving het op 19 april. Dat is zeker te lang voor mij.
