Mixed Bag:Pros:1. Excellent customer service.2. Excellent shipment tracking and timely delivery3. Excellent modelCons:1. Poor package protection resulted in delivery of model with broken parts.

Bad experience with shipment:bad experience with shipmentordered two model kits, slowest shipment (eco) selected, which is ok.but the shipment went wrong, package got lost and sender cannot help to find. then i asked 1001 and they said i need to wait until the deadline of this eco shipment.this is not the way i appreciated from the seller where i bought something and the package went lost.

Not really 1001 Modelkits fault ..:Not really 1001 Modelkits fault ... After many weeks received model TACIT BLUE aircraft from France. Made in Chezc Republic that's the problem not user friendly extremely difficult to remove parts from plastic casting feeder lines. Leaving rough edges that need to be carefully cut down to fit.. So far haven't found a cement that adheres to their type of plastic. After ship models and many aircraft models this is absolutely the worst i have ever incountered. trying to contact someone at 1001 for advice on 0490034 cement.

All goods were received eventually:All goods were received eventually. However, it took much longer time than I expected for the delivery of purchased items. And I was unable to trace the status of delivery despite accessing the link. Not message as to the delivery date could be received whatsoever.

Levering duurt te lang:

Okay:Was able to receive a product I wanted yet there was no tracking to US and it took considerably longer than expected (34 days). Unfortunately these were gifts and one had been previously opened and taped shut and both packages were crushed although the external packaging showed no damage.

De klant wordt in de maling genomen met de 4-7 informatie! *schudt hoofd*En: als een product leverbaar is, moet het ook op voorraad zijn. Anders kun je er niet over beschikken.... Als beschikbaar betekende dat het artikel bestond in de wereld, zou de beschrijving nutteloos zijn in een online winkel.

Out of stock, overpriced late postage.:Ordered 17 packs of card dividers in various colours, left 4 packs out as stated out of stock on site. A while after ordering was notified they had to get stock in, even though it stated in-stock and i refreshed up until purchasing, and you cannot purchase if out of stock. Items came 2 1/2 weeks later in oversized box, with an invoice thats in French. Postage was way overpriced at over £7. Product was as described, which is the only plus.

Half My order is on back order now:My order is on back order and it's only thing I need to get my blizzard going . Been told it will hopefully be back in stock by February 25 and if it's in stock it still need to ship to Texas I had to complain in few emails and finally got one of two I ordered shipped the second is still on backorder. I received first part of order on March 9th.

DE146167, bestelnr. 156103).Helaas merkte ik dat er 3 kleuren niet geleverd waren (nr. 11,166 en 209).Ik heb op 11.02.2019 per e-mail over dit gebrek geklaagd en tot op heden niets van u gehoord. U had mij geantwoord dat u deze zaak onmiddellijk in behandeling zou nemen. wanneer ontvang ik mijn ontbrekende kleuren?

Overall Poor Service:Placed and order for a model plane in mid December. Order was expected to ship about 7 days after order placement and ship with DHL. It did ship when expected, however, the DHL tracking number they provided did not work. Their e-mail reply stated that their ""logistic partner made a mistake"" and it shipped some other way with no tracking number. I was refunded some of the shipping cost. When it arrived, the shipper box arrived in very good condition with no signs of damage, physical or weather related. I point that out because when I opened the shipper box and took out the model's box, I quickly could tell that the model's box had previously gotten wet. Anyone could see and feel that the box got wet and then dried. It also means that their order processing department could tell and shipped out the box anyway, knowing it might have issues. The water did reach the components inside. I'm okay with the plastic parts getting wet, no harm, I'm okay with the manual being warped by the water and the staples on it getting rust, it still readable. I'm not okay with stickers warping, fading colors, and losing adhesiveness. Sent two e-mails before getting a reply. They said they would send replacement stickers. I e-mailed back asking if possible to ship in box instead of an envelope because the likely hood of bending. Did not received a reply. 5 weeks later, no stickers. Send an e-mail, they don't reply. Send a second e-mail, they don't reply. 6 weeks later still no replacement stickers. First and Last purchase with 1001 Modelkits. By the way, their price for the model is about 35% over the original retail price.

Verzendproblemen!!!:De goederen zouden zijn verzonden, maar het zendingsnummer is onbekend bij DHL.de, bij DHL.com staat de zending nog steeds (al 10 dagen) in Le Harve. De klantenservice kan al 5 dagen geen verdere informatie geven!

Het aankoopproces werkt...:Het aankoopproces verloopt soepel en er is geen reden tot kritiek. De ontvangen goederen komen overeen met de beschrijving en de kwaliteit is ok. De levering is echter een ramp! Drie tot vier weken wachten op een product na bestelling binnen de EU is onaanvaardbaar. Bovendien had ik problemen met hun ondersteuning, want ik kreeg pas na twee dagen een antwoord!!!! Dit moet zeker sneller gebeuren. vriendelijke groeten Ingo Nawa

Only one problem:The model airplane was as advertised, and its delivery was timely My only problem with 1001 Modelkits related to the shipping and handling charge of $26.99. I consider that charge excessive for the small, lightweight package that was shipped. Had the shipping and handling charge been more reasonable, I would have rated my experience as five star.

Ordered merchandise on 10/07/18:Ordered merchandise on 10/07/18. It's now 11/01/18 and I've received nothing.

Vervelende leveringsvertraging!:Helaas kwamen de opgegeven leveringsdata niet overeen met de daadwerkelijke levering. Na de aankoop werd een latere leverdatum vermeld in de orderbevestiging, de daadwerkelijke levering was nog later dan vermeld in de orderbevestiging. Dit was erg vervelend aangezien het om een verjaardagscadeau ging dat dus niet op tijd geleverd werd!

It took some time but I'm happy with the product:I got an email a week after ordering stating that the product I ordered wasn't in stock and that they were waiting for it to be restocked. It took some time but it did arrive in the end, and I'm very happy with the product.
