Slow and poor service:I ordered enamel paint for my son and I ordered an item from China. My order from China arrived but I still haven't received my item from 1001 model kit. I phoned the customer service team who basically didn't care and were very rude. I will not be purchasing from them again due to me having to go out and purchase the items again for my son to finish his college project.In short poor service, rude customer service and a dont care attitude. Customer service at its worstMay I also add that it states a delivered from date and not a delivered by date on your website which states at the moment delivered from 26/09/18 so reply is untrue

** Sterren daarom:** Geen van beide kreeg info dat het bestelde niet op voorraad of beschikbaar was op het moment van bestellen. Ik kreeg alleen een e-mail toen ik het vroeg. Het was nog een kleine week voor de levering. Levering zonder buitenverpakking, gewoon verpakt in zwarte folie, hoewel er drie puzzels waren. Gelukkig zonder schade aangekomen. Al met al niet bevredigend.

Items never arrived - Waited over two weeks then contacted them - Was told not to worry that the items would arrive.....Still nothing after a month. Called again and was told would take a long time for refund, so told them I would go direct to PayPal.....Sounds as if they do not care.....Will not use again - Found another company Emodels of Stoke On Trent who sent what I required at a better price and within 48 hours.......

LET OP - LET OP - GEVAAR!:Besteld, meteen betaald en toen....niets meer! Ik ben niet ongeduldig, maar toen ik verschillende recensies las, werd ik nerveus en heb ik meteen een paypal-case geopend - vooral omdat e-mails ALLEMAAL ONBEANTWOORD bleven! Als je een case opent bij een eerlijke verkoper, krijg je op zijn minst een reactie, excuus voor wat er ook komt. Maar hier: Weer NIETS! ofwel fraudeurs aan het werk of dilettanten. Ik weet het niet. Maar als je niet eens reageert moet ik het ergste vrezen.Mijn goede geld (waar ik HARD voor moet werken) zit nu in de PayPal baan. Ik heb nog geen goederen gezien. Iedereen kan later leveren. Maar niet antwoorden is wel het allerlaatste! Ik kan alleen maar waarschuwen tegen deze winkel!

De kleine sleutelhanger is...:De kleine sleutelhanger is nog steeds niet aangekomen. In deze tijd waarin alles snel geleverd wordt, is het niet bepaald klantvriendelijk om zo lang te moeten wachten. Ik hoop dat het artikel snel aankomt. Ik zal nooit meer iets bij jullie bestellen!!!!

Na meer dan een maand nog steeds niets ontvangen. Edit: na bijna twee maanden een deel ontvangen.:Op 11 augustus een bestelling geplaatst. Meerdere malen contact gehad, zowel telefonisch als per mail. Blijkbaar wordt ik telkens aan het lijntje gehouden. Na meer dan een maand nog steeds niets ontvangen. Op de website staat dat mijn bestelling geannuleerd is, maar is wel betaald.Edit: Op 9 oktober een deel van de bestelling ontvangen. Kort daarvoor ben ik door een vriendelijke medewerkster vanuit Frankrijk op de hoogte gesteld van de oorzaak van een blijkbaar uitzonderlijk probleem. Na ontvangst van deze deel-bestelling nogmaals gebeld door deze aardige dame met de uitleg waarom het laatste deel nog even op zich laat wachten. Service van haar uit is geweldig goed. Uiteraard niet prettig om zo lang op de spullen te moeten wachten. Vermoedelijke oorzaak van problemen is het computersysteem van 1001.

I sent off for the Douglas Bader…:I sent off for the Douglas Bader spitfire model it arrived today in a plain brown box which was in perfect condition ""But"" when I opened it to reveal the kit box I was not please one bit, the kit box was battered infact if I had gone to a local model shop and it was the last kit in stock I would not have brought it in that condition. I will certainly not be purchasing anything from this seller again .

I had an order shipped to the US:I had an order shipped to the US, an expensive kit. It arrived damaged in shipment but after I contacted 1001 Models, they made it right. A pleasure to deal with...consider me a loyal customer- would recommend to all.

Why does it take so long for delivery of my order?:Why does it take 10 days from the time of my order (30 July) for you to pull two small sheets of decals from your stocks, put them in an envelope and mail them?Why did you not forward to me the tracking number of my order as you said you would do?Why did you omit CALIFORNIA from my address that I gave you? Why did you include my postal code mixed in with a bunch of other numbers making it very difficult to know where the package was going? This probably explains why it took another 16 days from the time you put the package in the mail to the time I received it yesterday (25 Aug)

I ordered an item and received it…:I ordered an item and received it damaged. Sent pictures and still have to return the item to France. No names given of who to contact, only Customer Service Dept.! The item was not that much money but I did ask for a refund. The item was a vacuum formed canopy that is easily crushed and was sent in an envelope! Should have been in a box. Not a good experience.Ken
