Ga hier niet bestellen:Bestelling gedaan op 9 februari 2019 en 1 maart nog niets gekregen. Bel je een NL nummer uit Amsterdam verbinden ze je door naar Frankrijk waar meneer niet verstaanbaar en brutaal is. Nu maar hopen dat we 65 euro terug krijgen.

Een grote afzetterij! na mijn bestelling en vooruitbetaling kreeg ik plots te horen dat het artikel niet meer beschikbaar was. sindsdien ben ik aan het vechten om mijn geld terug te krijgen. verschillende deadlines werden genegeerd, ondertussen is mijn advocaat actief. ik kan iedereen alleen maar aanraden om hier niet te bestellen.

Half My order is on back order now:My order is on back order and it's only thing I need to get my blizzard going . Been told it will hopefully be back in stock by February 25 and if it's in stock it still need to ship to Texas I had to complain in few emails and finally got one of two I ordered shipped the second is still on backorder. I received first part of order on March 9th.

Onvolledige levering van mijn bestelling artikelnr. HELL52904:Op 25.01.2019 heb ik artikelnr. HELL52904 besteld (factuurnr. DE146167, bestelnr. 156103).Helaas merkte ik dat er 3 kleuren niet geleverd waren (nr. 11,166 en 209).Ik heb op 11.02.2019 per e-mail over dit gebrek geklaagd en tot op heden niets van u gehoord. U had mij geantwoord dat u deze zaak onmiddellijk in behandeling zou nemen. wanneer ontvang ik mijn ontbrekende kleuren?

TOP LEVERING:

Overall Poor Service:Placed and order for a model plane in mid December. Order was expected to ship about 7 days after order placement and ship with DHL. It did ship when expected, however, the DHL tracking number they provided did not work. Their e-mail reply stated that their ""logistic partner made a mistake"" and it shipped some other way with no tracking number. I was refunded some of the shipping cost. When it arrived, the shipper box arrived in very good condition with no signs of damage, physical or weather related. I point that out because when I opened the shipper box and took out the model's box, I quickly could tell that the model's box had previously gotten wet. Anyone could see and feel that the box got wet and then dried. It also means that their order processing department could tell and shipped out the box anyway, knowing it might have issues. The water did reach the components inside. I'm okay with the plastic parts getting wet, no harm, I'm okay with the manual being warped by the water and the staples on it getting rust, it still readable. I'm not okay with stickers warping, fading colors, and losing adhesiveness. Sent two e-mails before getting a reply. They said they would send replacement stickers. I e-mailed back asking if possible to ship in box instead of an envelope because the likely hood of bending. Did not received a reply. 5 weeks later, no stickers. Send an e-mail, they don't reply. Send a second e-mail, they don't reply. 6 weeks later still no replacement stickers. First and Last purchase with 1001 Modelkits. By the way, their price for the model is about 35% over the original retail price.

I can't say enough about 1001…:I can't say enough about 1001 Modelkits.They had what I wanted and couldn't find elsewhere reasonably priced.ICM 24103, and ICM 24104MERCI 1001!

Verzendproblemen!!!:De goederen zouden zijn verzonden, maar het zendingsnummer is onbekend bij DHL.de, bij DHL.com staat de zending nog steeds (al 10 dagen) in Le Harve. De klantenservice kan al 5 dagen geen verdere informatie geven!

Onmogelijk! Item besteld, nooit aangekomen, toen moest ik ruzie maken met verschillende medewerkers en werd genegeerd door supporters zowel via e-mail als in een chat met hen toen ik vertelde dat ik mijn geld terug wilde! Ik raad iedereen aan hier niet te kopen. Ik zal hier in ieder geval niet meer bestellen
