I know Fairy Swordfish were slow:Ordered Fairy Swordfish kit on 21 Feb 21 which was despatched on 1st March. It arrived in the UK on the 8th March and languished in customs until the 13th when it was released and was delivered on the 15th March. The kit arrived in a large box, well packed with brown paper and appears to be undamaged, I haven't opened the product box yet otherwise I'll start building it and that wouldn't do as I have another kit in construction already.

Delivery time is a bit lengthy but, considering the nature of international commerce in the time of Covid, understandable and quite acceptable. Excellent status communication and reliability. Het duurde 1 week voordat ik mijn…:Het duurde 1 week voordat ik mijn pilotenpoppetje kreeg: het moest helemaal uit Frankrijk komen.Dat vind ik wel lang voor een site uit Nederland.

It is direct throughout with constant updates of any problems that may arise! They also reply to your queries promptly and professionally. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in this type of craft!

Refused to cancel:Ordered an item, then realised it was the wrong one. Emailed to cancel (they hadn't sent it). At first they asked me if I wanted a refund or voucher. When I said refund, they said they wouldn't cancel my order despite admitting that they hadn't yet sent it.

Very good price:I recently purchased a MG Gundam F91 2.0. The price was excellent, far cheaper than I could find it anywhere in the UK. My only gripe, is that it took 3 weeks to process the order before shipping it. I've had orders from Japan that have processed and shipped quicker. I will still consider this site for future purchases though and would recommend them, if you are not in a hurry to get your items.

Overzichtelijke site..:Overzichtelijke site... Bezorgen vanuit Frankrijk duurt te lang.... Daardoor werd ik ook slecht op de hoogte gehouden. Verder niets te klagen.

Bezorgkosten te hoog:De producten zijn OK, maar met een totale waarde van €21,22 zijn de bezorgkosten van €16,99 verschrikkelijk hoog en grenzen aan diefstal. U bent zojuist een klant kwijtgeraakt!

1001 Modelkits kon de 1/72 Mirage kit…:1001 Modelkits kon de 1/72 Mirage kit van de RWD 14 Czapla leveren, terwijl andere bekende Nederlandse modelbouwadressen deze kit niet konden leveren. Dus veel dank voor deze levering. Op het model zelf valt wel wat af te dingen. De romp is 1 mm te smal. De grote buitenmaten kloppen voor de rest echter heel precies en dat is al heel wat. De rest is speurwerk. Zo zat de boordschutter niet achterste voren, en had hij wel een stuurinrichting, De bekleding van de achterste roeren moet anders. De RWD 14 had een cameravenster in de romp en een machinegeweer in de romp rechts. Die zijn niet aangegeven in het Mirage model..
