Ik kan deze topwinkel alleen maar aanraden!!!!

You sent me the wrong item AGAIN!:You sent me the wrong item AGAIN!! How are we going to proceed? Can you tell me how you managed to send me the exact item again? I am very frustrated!

Lange verzendtijd:Ik hoorde heel lang niets meer over mijn bestelling. Een bericht gestuurd en toen ik geen antwoord kreeg had ik de hoop al opgegeven dat ik mijn pakketje ooit nog in handen zou krijgen. Na heel lang kreeg ik toch opeens antwoord en na nog veel langer kwam het pakketje eindelijk toch aan. Daar was ik heel blij mee. Alleen van de kleurpotloden die ik besteld had zijn de punten van binnen helemaal gebroken, er valt niet tegenop te slijpen, erg jammer want de kleuren zijn prachtig.

Very displeased with the amount of time…:Very displeased with the amount of time it took to simply process the order....nearly two weeks ""preparing for shipment""Afterwards, another 11 days to reach me. This would all be well and fine except I paid 40.00 usd for expedited shipping. The quality of service from beginning to end was terribly sub-par.That being said, the product was delivered in a well protected parcel and it was absolutely the exact product advertised. This is the only positive experience of the buying process. Will not be doing business with this company in the future simply for the lack of efficient processing/shipping procedures even when extra service was paid for.

Simply Good:Simple to use website.Great competitive prices and not long to wait for delivery.I will happily order from 1001 again.

Wrong item shipped:Wrong item shipped. Two of a second item included when only one was ordered. Slow customer service. Contact by phone was impossible since the number for Customer Service failed every time. I tried nine times.

You get only 2 stars because why you…:You get only 2 stars because why you have a great selection of items for the plastic scale modeler, your order fullfillment process is way to slow. Your website says item available in 4-5 days yet it has been over a week and my order STILL is being processed. If you don't have the item in STOCK, don't display it at all! This is the second time this has happened, the first time you gave me a voucher, that is no good, refund the money so I can get what I want elsewhere. Once I receive my current orders I will probably drop you from my list of online suppliers because of your poor order fullfiillment process. And don't blame COVID either, I can handle 3-5 extra days but I will not tolerate WEEKS of delay.

Order was placed on Feb. 19:Order was placed on Feb. 19, 2021. Paid extra for quicker delivery. Still haven’t received my order. I’m not convinced I’ll ever get it.??. It’s now Mar. 20 and have heard nothing from 1001Modelkits. Also, seems impossible to contact the directly about the problem.

I know Fairy Swordfish were slow:Ordered Fairy Swordfish kit on 21 Feb 21 which was despatched on 1st March. It arrived in the UK on the 8th March and languished in customs until the 13th when it was released and was delivered on the 15th March. The kit arrived in a large box, well packed with brown paper and appears to be undamaged, I haven't opened the product box yet otherwise I'll start building it and that wouldn't do as I have another kit in construction already.

Great selection of hard-to-get items…:Great selection of hard-to-get items here in the States. Delivery time is a bit lengthy but, considering the nature of international commerce in the time of Covid, understandable and quite acceptable. Excellent status communication and reliability. I will definitely be back as the need arises.

Het duurde 1 week voordat ik mijn…:Het duurde 1 week voordat ik mijn pilotenpoppetje kreeg: het moest helemaal uit Frankrijk komen.Dat vind ik wel lang voor een site uit Nederland.
