Abysmal:Abysmal. When ordering told in stock and 5-6 day delivery. Then a week later a message saying its not in stock, then a message to say its out for delivery. 8 days later still nothing. No way of contacting them, track your parcel doesn't work, no reply to message on messenger as no contact or e mail address, avoid like the plague

I ordered an item a model of a rural…:I ordered an item a model of a rural house kit towards the end of March 2020 . This order was processed but for some reason you had the wrong address ,the courier could not deliver as they did not recognize the address, i contacted you and gave the correct address since then I have heard nothing.

Will use Amazon in future.:Not great, communication is poor and the phone number doesn't work! Sent a email asking where my model was as the delivery was taking forever. Response was slow, they eventually got back to me with a brief message that was not massively helpful.They have to ship items from their warehouse in Normandy which they don't show on the website very clearly.

Highly Recommend:Exactly what I wanted, good price and received in good time. Thank you, will definitely be using you again for future purchases.

Waardeloze club,:Waardeloze club. Heb hier een Bronco coastal submarine 1/35 besteld met wat verf. Toen ik het model binnen kreeg zaten er twee dezelfde essentiële onderdelen in, dus paste het niet op elkaar. Mail gestuurd hierover op 13 februari. Het antwoord dat ik kreeg Er is contact gezocht met de leverancier. En het kon wel heel lang duren voordat het desbetreffende onderdeel zou duren. Ipv een andere doos open trekken en het onderdeel opsturen moest ik dus wachten. Uiteindelijk vond ik wel dat ik lang had gewacht. (en ik heb echt begrip met een Corona crisis). Op 23 maart heb ik de fabrikant Bronco (China) zelf maar een mailtje gestuurd met dit verhaal en vandaag 15 april heb ik de juiste onderdelen op de mat liggen. Pffff...ik bestel nooit meer wat bij deze club. Klant is koning...tot aan de deurmat.

Een maand later nog altijd niets ontvangen. 2de keer dat ik hier bestel en ook de laatste keer. Steeds ongelooflijk lang wachten op je bestelling!!!Jullie zouden beschaamd moeten zijn om verzendingskosten te vragen gezien de lange leveringstijd ????
