Ik ben zeer tevreden:Ongecompliceerde bestelling, betaling via PayPal, levering veilig in een doos (door Corona met 2 dagen vertraging, maar daar moet je in die tijd rekening mee houden). Ik ben zeer tevreden. De volgende modellen bestel ik graag weer bij 1001modellbau.

Not impressed:I ordered in early June. A month later they sent me the wrong parcel. They would not send the correct order until this wrong parcel was returned. Many many e-mails later, most of which were not answered, I finally received my order in the middle of August.

I received my order last week:I received my order last week, and it arrived well packaged and complete. 1001 kept me advised of its status and shipping.

I'd like to give 0 stars but i dont…:i'd like to give 0 stars but i dont have the chance.The parcel was according to 1001 Hobbies delivered in my mailbox, which is actually not possible due to the size of product!!! After communication i am now considered as ""cheater"" and refund is refused.it just about 25 euros and now what they offer is just 10 euro voucher.As a plastic model fans i could be a regular customer but now... i will just contact a lawyer to get my money back and say goodbye.

Fast shipping:I ordered a Revell 1:500 Enterprise (Into Darkness.) It arrived very fast via international shipping (maybe 2-day.) The cost of shipping was a bit high, but this is a difficult model to find in the States, and the overall price was competitive or cheaper that what I was seeing elsewhere.

Great Source:I had searched far and wide for a source of Revell paints. Your company had them had them in stock, and I received them in short order. I will use your company again.
