Model didnt arrive:Model didnt arrive. No response from customer service. Now having to try and get refund from credit card company.Update.. 10pm Mon 5th Oct. Still no contact from customer service...Didn't receive any address verification email, just one saying it was in transit and then one saying it was delivered. UPS courier service admits they can't give me proof of delivery (despite address being a very well known naval base) and UPS advise me to take up with sender. This was meant to be a birthday gift for my son, but nothing arrived. Really disappointing.

The instructions are very bad:The instructions are very bad. They trell you to hit a bind button that is not there. My boat has a sticky rudder so it cannot turn left.
