Wrong scale / size sent:Simple. They sent the wrong size/scale of tank track, and they sent 2 sets of the wrong size track. Let's see how long it takes '1001' to correct. I sent back the two sets last week, - October 8th, 2020

Sinds 10 september staat het pakket bij PostNl als ´aangemeld´ maar vandaag 6 oktober nog steeds niets ontvangen. Op een mail van vrijdag 2 oktober j.l. geen enkele reactie. Als ik bel krijg ik een engels sprekende voicemail. Communicatie langs Trustpilot werkt wel, want het pakket is vandaag 12 oktober, na een stevige en harde review op 6 oktober, geleverd. 1001 Modelkits: doe wat aan je klantencontacten via email of telefoon anders redt je het niet.

Model didnt arrive:Model didnt arrive. No response from customer service. Now having to try and get refund from credit card company.Update.. 10pm Mon 5th Oct. Still no contact from customer service...Didn't receive any address verification email, just one saying it was in transit and then one saying it was delivered. UPS courier service admits they can't give me proof of delivery (despite address being a very well known naval base) and UPS advise me to take up with sender. This was meant to be a birthday gift for my son, but nothing arrived. Really disappointing.
