Looking for new kits:I was looking for somewhere new to look for model kits and came across 1001 modelkits. They have amazing model kits and alot of them. once i opened my account i found a kit i wanted, and bought it. The process to buy was very easy and it didn't take too long for the kit to arrive, well inside the arrival date.I think the kit could have been packed slightly more safely as it was just put inside a cardboard box.

…Great, fast service.:I received your package from France to California, USA in 3 days! Amazing service during this pandemic. My only complaint is that I did not realize the electric racetrack would have European plugs. Guess I missed that info in the product description. A quick run to the drug store to get an adapter solved the problem.

Uiteindelijk ontving ik, zoals aangekondigd door 1001Modellbau: Bestelling van een PE set voor de Arizona in schaal 1:200. Volgens de artikelbeschrijving zou de levering plaatsvinden op 20 juli. Dus ik heb gewacht. Op de 20e stond de status op ""Verzending wordt voorbereid"". Op de 21e ging het pakket de deur uit en kreeg ik een UPS-nummer. Item ontvangen via UPS op de 24e, zoals aangekondigd via UPS. Het pakket werd waarschijnlijk verzonden vanuit Frankrijk. De verpakking in de envelop van de PE-set vertoont enkele sporen van beschadiging. Of de UPS-koerier had een slechte dag of de medewerker die het item inpakte. Maar verder is de PE set compleet en in goede staat. Dus de bottom line - besteld en ontvangen zoals 1001Modellbau.de had aangegeven in de artikelbeschrijving. Eén ster in mindering vanwege de verpakking, anders was het 5 geweest.

Alles werkte perfect!

Toevallig dat deze model redelijk…:Toevallig dat deze model redelijk normaal geprijsd is,.. maar ik kom regelmatig vliegtuig bouwdozen tegen die 2x zo duur zijn elders,.. goed voorbeeld is de Tamiya P28 Lightning,1:48 scaal... kost bij jullie €110,- terwijl overal elders €65,- Tot €69,- zo ook de AirfixMosquito, scaal 1:24 bij julle ver over de €200,- terwijl je m elders kan kopen voorde helft,...dit valt me op met veel van jullie pakketten,..waarom is dit zo..?Maar bestelde artikelen van mij zijn altijd zeer goed en snel geleverd, dus dat is topMet vriendelijk groet,Cees

I was very upset when UPS sent me an…:I was very upset when UPS sent me an email telling me my F-106 model had been delivered and UPS had not been seen on the street I live on. So I start a claim against UPS and the claim was denied because only the shipper can file a claim. On the third evening while I was working on the claim I received a phone call from someone 4 blocks away informing me that they had my shipment. It was addressed to me but had the wrong address on the package. This kind person researched my name and found my address and they were on the to deliver it. I checked the order and my mailing address was correct. Someone at the shippers end entered the wrong address. The model looks great but I will have to find a way to remove the decals and put the set I ordered on. I wish they produce the aircraft model without decals so customers then apply what they want on them.
