Zeer tevreden klant:Zeer snelle, efficiënte afhandeling van internationale bestelling. Zeer ruime keuze aan allerhande modelbouwmateriaal. Ben een regelmatige klant geworden.

Lange levertijd:Bestelnummer 225643.Op de site staat 3-5 dagen levertijd. Inmiddels drie weken verder en artikel staat nog steeds op ‘in behandeling’.Twee keer gemaild en twee keer een Copy Paste bericht terug gekregen dat het nog 3-5 werkdagen duurt. Slechte zaak!

Nog geen ster waard: Nog geen ster waard! Verkeerd artikel en het duurt nog steeds een eeuwigheid voor het verzonden wordt! Nooit meer !

Good service:My puzzles arrived a day late but UPS admitted the mistake was theirs.1001 modelkits kept me out date all the way along and the puzzles were well packed. Delivery price was very reasonable since the puzzles came from France and delivery was very quick (UPS allowing).I'll happily shop with them again.

Let Down by poor instructions:This is a quality kit but let down by flimsy and ill defined instructions. Diagrams are poor and the order of construction is not clear.Parts are of a high standard and the tyres (for both models-custom and stock) particularly good.So good kit but the instructions -on two sides of one sheet of paper-lack clarity.

I bought cement moulds:I bought cement moulds. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the cement out so I felt it wasn’t very good

I was a bit hesitant to place an order…:I was a bit hesitant to place an order requiring overseas shipping from a shop new to me, especially for a kit offered at a reasonable price which seemed out of availability everywhere else in the world. What I received was a mint-perfect kit, well packaged for safe shipping, delivered with amazing speed and overall wonderful service!!! Just plain WOW. Would give more than five stars if I could!!!!

Excellent customer service:Excellent customer service! Ordered a jigsaw puzzle for my Mom. Had a problem with shipping (it was accidently shipped to me rather than my Mom, but this was a postal carrier error, not 1001 Modelkits error). Staff at 1001 Modelkits helped correct the mistake by refunding half of my shipping. Really appreciated that! Would order from here again.

Futaba antenna T8FG:This antenna is not available in the US so I ordered it from another country. Took me 10 minutes to replace. Beats having to send your radio in to replace the antenna for a simple repair.
