Where is my package??:My order at 1001hobbies never arrived at it's destination! After sending multiple e-mails to your customer service, asking where my package is. They notified me that they will conduct an investigation with the postal office. However, it has been 3 weeks and your costumer service is not responding to any of my e-mails that I have been sending, regarding the progress about this investigation. Your costumer phone number doesn't work either... At least have the guts responding to this review! I am seriously losing patience with this company...

Claims amazing customer service:Claims amazing customer service, call the number and I can't get a person, or leave a number, so I have to leave an email, however, my issue is time-sensitive, and I need to be able to call. There is no indication your order goes through when placing an order. When you go to enter credit card information you are redirected to a sketchy site, and they keep rejecting my Visa.

1/72nd scale pilot's.:I ordered 1/72 scale pilots for my red arrow planes and was very happy with the detail of the figures. They arrived on time and well packaged. I was kept well informed every step of the way.The only thing that I suppose I could criticise about is when they were displayed online they were painted but as far as I can remember it did not say in the description that they came unpainted which was a worry until they arrived .I was very glad that they did come unpainted so that I could paint them in the colour I needed.A brilliant product.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!:This site is from France. They are lowlife theiving criminals who take your money and then don't deliver the product. First, the order was ""supposedly"" shipped to another address in another state. Second, they reshipped only part of my order to me. THIRD, AND THIS IS IMPORTANT, IT TOOK 3 MONTHS TO GET A REFUND OF MY MONEY. I HAD TO HOUND THEM TO GET IT. THEY HOPE TO WEAR YOU OUT.SCUMBAGS

Delivery issues:I was not pleased with the information about shipping. I received one email that stated delivery would be 27 Oct, the package was delivered 2 Nov. The tracking number was not traceable and 4 emails to you went unanswered. I feel lucky I got my product.Mark Shupe

Simple and fast for an overseas purchase:You had a kit I’ve been trying to find for a long time. I was hesitant at first ordering from overseas, but the process was simple and fast.
