Excellent and speedy service:

I placed the order on 27th Oktober and…:I placed the order on 27th Oktober and I still have not received the items I paid for. (today is 23rd November) Have tried to contact 1001 Hobbies by e-mail for over a week , but no replies. Have received a packet containing wrong items. What is the problem and why no answers ?24th November - still no reply

Bij de ontvangst schrok ik even:bij de ontvangst schrok ik even, doos volledige Russische tekst, dus ik dacht ook een Russische handleiding. dat wordt een ramp. tegendeel. er stonden maar 5 regels Engelse tekst in de handleiding. meer dan genoeg. alles was overduidelijk in kleuren en tekeningen weergegeven. uitstekende kwaliteit karton. en alles paste exact, zonder moeite in elkaar te zetten. een prachtig resultaat, absoluut aan te bevelen.

Product niet geleverd en geen geld terug. Fraudeurs!:Ik weet niet waar deze mensen mee bezig zijn. Maar na een bestelling overduidelijk naar het verkeerde adres verzonden te hebben (het niet bestaande 413 in plaats van 41-3), komen ze niet terug met een oplossing. Zij hebben niet geleverd, maar geven ook niet het geld terug. Telefoonnummer werkt niet, mailen werkt niet. Zelfs een aangetekende brief komt terug omdat hun adres niet klopt.Edit: Op de factuur staat duidelijk 41-3. Dus wat hieronder wordt beweerd klopt niet.

1001 usually have the kits that I want:1001 usually have the kits that I want. Delivery can sometimes take quite a while as the warehouse seems to be in France. Last order seemed to take about 3 weeks from order to delivery, but they are probably suffering with lockdowns as much as anyone.

Great Service:I don't normally leave reviews but in this case I thought I would. I ordered a model LCT-6 on Saturday 14th November as it was the best price on the internet, paid with PayPal and waited. Email confirmations and thank you' s then nothing! Used to Amazon next day deliveries I was a little concerned so checked trust pilot. Mainly good reviews but some poor - had I made a mistake? Turns out no, model arrived in good condition on 20th, new and all email advices beforehand advising its status.Some people were complaining it came from France - so what, the service was good, the price was good and we are in a pandemic!!Would definitely use again - Thank you for your service 1001 models

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.:Anybody thinking of purchasing from this company I cannot urge you not to.AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.I placed an order which after 2 weeks had not arrived on trying to contact them I really struggled to get through, when I eventually did I was fobbed off by someone who could barely speak English. After 3 weeks and contacting them again I was told my item was discontinued yet it took them 3 weeks to realise this and only because I contacted them and yet they still took my money. BEYOND A JOKE

Superbly detailed model:Superbly detailed model, a well made, solid feeling airplane. Although plastic, it's made from a high density material which makes it as heavy as a metal one. Highly recommended and good value for price.

Where is my order?:My order Order (Ref 231316) has shown as being shipped for the last 5 days on the 1001 Hobbies site but Hermes tracking (5925887303705192) says that they have no received it from you? The postage is not cheap at £6.99, Royal mail would have been a cheaper and more reliable option! Please advise what has actually happened to my parcel, if I'm going to get it and when.

The package never arrived:The package never arrived. I emailed several times and the same tracking link was submitted stating the packing was in the UK. This went on for 2 weeks and still no package. Ended up buying the same thing on Amazon. I was very disappointed.
