1001 reasons not to type ??:So far everything fine thanks.I'm not a huge fan of all this post service rating malarchy.Would much prefer using hands to do modelling rather than typing. Obviously need a smarter phone

I loved the kit:I loved the kit. Enjoyed putting the motorbike together. There were a few little things with the kit which were difficult or unclear, and somethings were not very precise. However, overal I enjoyed it and it looks nice

Misrepresentation of Shipping Speed, Poor Experience:Estimate delivery date was 12/24/20. Ordered was placed on 12/15/20. A SIGNIFICANT upcharge for more rapid shipping was paid. No communication was given regarding shipping until 12/19/20. Item still has not arrived to destination. Tracking information provided had a dead link, had to independently find a tracking service which then showed by 1/7/21 the item was no where close to its final destination. I receive frequent emails from this website about reviewing my order and I haven't even received the item, which is incredibly obnoxious. This has been a terrible experience and I will never use this website or service for purchases again. Mistake made and lesson learned.

Now, as I see that I've ordered the wrong version of the box I can't find a way to cancel the order and get the refund. Highly dissappointing.

I ordered a model on the 21st of…:I ordered a model on the 21st of December. It still hasn't been delivered. The tracking system says they haven't received yet. Message the company 1001 model kits and they haven't reply either ...

De levertijd is wat lang:De levertijd is wat lang. Voor de rest zeer tevreden. Even bij vermelden dat ik bestelde rond het einde jaar wat mogelijk de wachttijd verklaart.

Very disappointed in product:Very disappointed in product. Thought I was getting a larger airplane. The airplane I got was about 1 1/2 Inches big. Shipping was very long. Did not know this company was in Europe or I would not have bought it.

Geen contactpersoon/service:Geachte heer of mevrouw,Ik heb op 13 december een bestelling bij u geplaatst omdat de situatie zo werd voorgesteld dat de gewenste producten direct beschikbaar (= op voorraad) waren. Op 14 december ontving ik een bevestiging van deze bestelling. Pas op 23 december kreeg ik bericht dat de levering vertraagd zou worden omdat 2 van de 3 producten niet op voorraad waren en niet besteld konden worden. Er staat geen contactadres op de homepage. Tegelijkertijd adverteren ze met de mogelijkheid van telefonisch advies. Via het nummer, dat ook moeilijk te vinden is, is niemand te bereiken en ondertussen speelt er een nauwelijks verstaanbaar Franstalig bandje. Ik wil de hele bestelling annuleren, maar ik kan niemand bereiken. Ik heb nog nooit zo'n slechte klantenservice meegemaakt, en aangezien ik met PayPal heb betaald, zal dat de volgende stap zijn.
