The shipping time wasnt very clear:The shipping time didnt seem very clear and I was unaware of how long my order would take. Once the shipping commenced it gave me a better idea of its status, just still not an overall delivery date. Otherwise, I was very pleased.

French emails..:Good experience. It is only not that nice to recieve e-mails in french when you cannot read it. The website is in multiple languages only the emails not yet.

Good Service, Bad Package Tracking:No problems except I paid the extra charge for tracking in the USA and the “tracking” was basically useless. It never gave me an actual location, just (eventually) that the item had been delivered to the destination country...pretty broad as it’s a pretty big country. But the model did arrive safe & sound, and in general I was pleased with the service.

Levertijd informatie:Mijn tweede bestelling bij 1001 en ook deze keer goed aangekomen. Duidelijke site, prima contact middels e mail. Daar is niks mis mee. De bestelling daar in tegen, heeft er 18 dagen over gedaan. Waarschijnlijk om zelf geen grootte voorraden aan te moeten leggen hebben ze niet alles in voorraad. Deze lange levertijd was mij niet duidelijk. Nu ik dit weet kan ik er rekening mee houden.
