Avoid this company:Order placed 30th December, no sign of it over a month later and company is impossible to contact. Many other customers appear to have had similar problems. Avoid.

Great Products and Service:It has been a pleasure working with 1001 Modelkits. I have purchase many items from them. They have great prices and shipping is fast and reasonable. Great international company to deal with.

No comment really:No comment really. Product is fine, mail was a bit slow but not a problem.(perhaps my product came from overseas?)

Zeer ontevreden:Zeer ontevreden! Een artikel besteld op 06/12/2020 en tot op heden nog steeds niet ontvangen. Na herhaaldelijk contact, doen ze me verschillende 'aanbiedingen': 5% korting op volgende aankoop, een credietnota, terugzenden van artikel (!). Terwijl de wettelijke levertermijn van 30 dagen ruimschoots is overtreden en ik dus recht heb om de verkoopsovereenkomst ongedaan te maken en ze mijn geld terug moeten storten!

Customer service poor:Customer service poor, didn’t receive items, contacted them and they made me feel like I’d stolen from them, turns out it was delivered but just abandon on my door step, taken 2 months to find this out and that was only because I was contacting them otherwise I probably would never have found out, don’t think I’ll see a refund, would never use this company again

It has been over a month now:It has been over a month now, where the parcel has been shipped however the courier is still awaiting the parcel, will be requesting Paypal to obtain a refund, will not use these again!

Terrible Customer Service!:The company sent the wrong items. It took me six emails to finally get them to somewhat acknowledge the mistake. I was supposed to pay postage to send the wrong items back to France. I'll never do business with the company again. $50 out the window.

Repeat Customer:1001 Modelkits is becoming a favorite supplier for esoteric hobby supplies at reasonable prices. Sure they take a bit longer as they ship from Europe, but that is not a problem, and I am happy to have found them! How happy am I? I am a repeat customer and I think that says it all.

Gedraaide kanonnen van messing voor modelvliegtuigen/template airbrush:De kanonnen/bewapening bestaande uit mitrailleurs inclusief geperforeerde koelplaat zien er echt heel goed uit.De verzending kwam relatief snel en was netjes verpakt.De template had lichte knikken aan de rand van de plaat de template zelf heeft gelukkig niets gekregen.De post is soms wat ruw.

Items not delivered:This feedback request has been received, but the goods haven't so I can't give better feedback. It's been 20 days now.

Overpriced but Christmas present &:overpriced but Christmas present & RTS- ready to sail....Received in short time - great thanks...HOWEVER RTS-Nope. Not even close.Missing rc controller and receiver- not happy..... sent email via website asked for a bunch of stuff- not good...nothing put together ie: rigging etc.Called company. Was told Sorry “They always forget..”. Hmmm... but sent right out missing pieces-great thanks HOWEVER ..Received w/Instructions ONLY in French-huh?Really not happy. Didn’t even offer any type of compensation. Not again

Pretty good supplies from here ands…:pretty good supplies from here ands models but shipping is long and not easily tracked as the original number does not correlate with the USPS. Sometimes stock levels are not great.

Product was delivered in good condition…:Product was delivered in good condition and the quality was what I expected. Delivery time was excessive. I was impressed with the selection of models many of which I've not seen anywhere else in one site. I will shop again from 1001 I will just need to adjust my delivery expectations.

I have not received the paint I ordered…:I have not received the paint I ordered yet! The last I knew, it had entered the US. Nothing since.Later tonight! I got the Field Drab paint a few minutes ago. All is well!

Great products, slow delivery and communication:The products were great and well packaged, however delivery took 5 weeks to arrive and it was difficult to get a response from.I spent about 3 weeks trying to get in touch with 1001 Modelkits as the delivery tracking info hadn't changed. I can see they've put an email address on their website now so hopefully this will improve.I understand Covid/Brexit/recent weather are causing delays, however I've received similar packages (size and value) from France in less than a week. I would encourage 1001 Modelkits to look at other couriers.I would order again, but expect a long wait for delivery.

I ordered my items on 27 December 2020…:I ordered my items on 27 December 2020 and they still haven’t arrived. I know this may be a result of this country’s stupid, pointless Brexit but it would be nice to know when the delivery may appear. It has never taken this long with previous orders.
